As a family we've stayed in many B&Bs in Blackpool, but this is the only one we've made a point of going back to. me & my partner stayed here for august bank holiday as a little break away from home..arrived here and the owners were pleasant, but we wernt told when breakfast was, what time checkout was or anything. got in to the room and all i can say is....dingy dump!! so old fashioned and smelt of grease and smoke! ther was dog...

very friendly and close to all amenities . kids enjoyed the time spent . worth the money i think . breakfast was nice but would have been even better if there was a vegetarian option . overall had a good time and would go there again

Lovely Guest House just off the beach, South Shore. The problem with Jollies isn't the Guest House but the town. Blackpool is famed for 'cheap' B&B's which means these small family run properties have to charge a low competitive rate, whilst offering a service within that price. stayed there with my partner and 2 children .no lights on stairway for taking my babys pram up ,no safety straps on highchair for my baby would not recommened this for a family people where friendly but my partner didnt feel comfortable staying there

Was rather surpirsed to read this review. It is the first negative reieiw I have had since 2002. Anyway as to your complaint of no lighting. On arrival you were told that there is a switch on each landing that you press on entry which illuminates the stairs and landings had you pointed out your concerns I could have reminded...
