just enjoyed a couple of days here and could not fault the cleanliness and hospitality. great location on the promenade and would not hesitate to recommend it. We arrived on the sunday and got settled in very quickly to enjoy a refreshment on the patio at the front of the hotel. Just sat there and watched the world go by.
