Great location, up there with other Premier Inns, as I prefer on-site breakfast facilities I understand the car park was not its original design, very tight, but I enjoy a good parking challenge. For those with less skill or patience, there is parking in the adjacent rail station car park I though £10 for two G&Ts was a bit steep(compared...

Great bed and pillows. Very quiet. Slept like a baby. Good location -close to train station and city centre. Safe. Room smelled strongly of air freshener or cleaning products, which you should know if your u are sensitive.

Following others advice I asked to change my room above floor 3, reception was happy to oblige. People have mentioned the staff are not so polite, but I have only experienced very polite staff who are happy to help. The room was good, although I do hate it when hotels have rooms with door separators because you can hear conversations...

This hotel is in a excellent location, two minutes walk from the train station and eight minutes walk to the city centre. The hotel has ample parking, staff are extremely friendly and helpful possibly the best I've encountered in an premier inn. My room was a good size, Excellent breakfast. Looking forward to my next visit in April.

I have stayed at this hotel twice before, this time with my Daughter. After arriving by train the hotel is only two minutes walk. Check in was very fast, we were given room 112, which was lovely and clean, with everything you needed. Breakfast was beautiful and the staff were very attentive. Leicester centre is probably about 10 minutes walk...

Quick trip to Leicester to visit the university with my son. Last minute booking for this Premier Inn but still very reasonable price. Check-in and check-out staff very helpful. Room was easy to find, exceptionally clean, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast via the buffet was ready when we went to the restaurant, everything fresh and hot, and waiting staff were...

We had huge rooms that were clean and comfy. The location is excellent (next to train station and in town). Staff were really helpful. Excellent value for money. You can leave your luggage on the day you check-out for no extra charge.
