This is the best Premier Inn that I have stayed in. The rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. The bed was great and best I'll were the towels. They thick, soft and white. I would highly recommend it.

This one is on par with the forest east as far as decor but is better placed to access the town centre. As usual plenty of parking, quality staff, restaurant attached and wifi in rooms. Clean and tidy rooms, and bathrooms up to usual spec. Overall a good premier inn in good spot for a short taxi into town

Never been to Leicester before and needed to stay 1 night with 2 rooms to meet up with someone there. I selected this hotel mainly because of the excellent Trip Advisor reviews. They are fully justified. I am familiar with Premier Inns at many locations over many years. This one on this occasion was unimprovable. We both felt it was...

This Premier Inn looks like it's probably been redecorated recently - the rooms were comfortable, well equipped and decorated to a high standard (as with all the new premier inns) and were quiet despite the nearby busy road. Staff incredibly helpful as they moved our two rooms so that we were closer together - without this even being requested. Really...

The hotel and its staff were excellent. No problem too great and they were helpful with local information. Room and bed large and clean. Unfortunately we had prepaid for breakfast so we were subjected to a cold and dry cooked breakfast topped off with indifferent service. We should have known better after sitting unattended at a dirty table the night...

The hotel and our room were nice and tidy and the service was very good and friendly. We stayed with the whole family - 2 adults, 2 teenagers, one 10 year old and a baby. When we booked the rooms, we opted in for a cot. There was not any more information given about the kind of cot or if...

Stayed here for two nights recently, lovely hotel, just finished being renovated / refurbished... Staff were really friendly and accommodating, I arrived early and was told I could sit at the table in reception to work while I waited as it was quieter than the pub - a huge help... The pub was decent, very busy which surprised us... However,...
