Stayed for here for the night for a conference in Leicester. The hotel is very newly refurbished, nice rooms. The location so off the beaten track with a nice pub adjacent. It's not a premier inn bar - has a great meal. You can have premier inn breakfast but if staying later you can have the pubs own breakfast which...

The reception staff were really friendly and I find this to be consistent throughout the chain. I really like it, it's too rare these days. I stayed one night. I needed internet access, curiously my phone network wasn't picking up, I tried the free wifi but that didn't work so I paid £5... for 'ultimate'. It worked but what a...

Only 30 rooms so very cosy. Very nice room except there were cobwebs on ceiling above our bed. Also the shower was a glass cubicle which was very nice if you are small. My husband who obviously is of larger build found it quite restrictive.

use this hotel occasionally to put my colleagues in as I live local. I booked a room last week for one of my German colleagues and he commented that the room was very cold and even turning up the small electric heater didn't help. This is the second time that this has been mentioned, one of my colleagues from Scotland...

Excellent hotel in a good location. Although on the very outskirts of the Leicester area the hotel was quiet at night and all the facilities were excellent. There was plentiful parking and the pub/restaurant facilities were very good.

The Glen Rise. Excellent facilities and staff. Lives up to the Premier Inn business objectives. Would recommend as great position for exploring the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. Great stay yet again.

The room was clean and comfortable unfortunately the a member of staff serving breakfast was really rude and abrupt both mornings, we are always really pleased with breakfast at premier inn but this one was awful, greasy not what we asked for and everyone had burnt sausages on the first morning.

As you will see from my comment below our stay at this Premier Inn was a great success which we thoroughly enjoyed. Only suggestion is, is that if you want a Premier Inn breakfast you arrive in the restaurant well before 9.00am after which they are reluctant to serve you the Premier buffet and want you to buy from the...

I stayed for one night as I needed to be in Oadby the next day. I was aware before I arrived that there are only showers at this Premier Inn but I was disappointed to find they are of the fixed-head variety as I did not want to wash my hair.
