Found this guesthouse on Groupon. It's a great little guesthouse, great position, 5 mins walk to Bailgate where there quaint shops are. We usually stay at the Halliday Inn down on the waterfront, but wanted to stay up at the old town. The room was lovely, double and single bed with ensuite shower. Breakfast was lovely too, full English breakfast,...

Stayed Easter Sunday and Monday, had a lovely room at back of Guest House. Very good breakfast included in price. Excellent proximity for where we wanted to be in Lincoln. Would definitely return, hopefully later this year.

Just completed a "groupon" 2 night b & b stay at Newport Guest House. We stayed in Room 7 on the 1st floor, described as a standard double with ensuite shower room. The room was a fraction bigger than what I would describe more as a single i.e. Just enough room to get round the double bed. The only window...

The staff were welcoming and helpful. We stayed in room 13, top floor and in the corner. The room was quiet but a quite...
