Stayed here as we were attending a wedding in Liverpool City Centre early the following day. Snooze is lovely and Danny was great, very friendly and explained everything we needed to know about the place and how to get in and out from the car park and how to contact them if needed. We had the ground floor room and...

Snooze is just under a ten minute walk from the train station along a straight road. When you arrive it looks very unassuming and upon ringing the doorbell we were greeted and taken to our room (room one, which is at the back of the building facing a carpark and other houses, away from the main road). The room itself...

When we booked we were advised by snooze that the town centre was half a mile away from town centre and people usually walked up to town as there was a good strip of bars on the way, this was all lies, it was more like 3 mile and there was a couple of run down bars which weren't worth...

We are dismayed that this guest has not had the usual enjoyable experience at Snooze. Her interpretation of our advice is puzzling but this gives us the opportunity to make clear as per our website that we are 1.3 miles from the Metropolitan Cathedral and 3 miles from the Albert Dock the nearest and furthest city centre attractions. There are...

We stayed for one night and found good and bad points. It was very good value, with comfortable beds and the room was clean and well presented. However, the basin was cracked, there were various bits of trim like the door handle surrounds that were hanging off. With a bit of effort it would have been more satisfactory. At breakfast,...

I have stayed at Snooze 3 times in as many weeks as I am relocating. Staff are warm, friendly and amazingly helpful and the rooms are perfect and actually very chic. Love this place. Huge recommendation to book early.

The Snooze is a great place to stay if you don't mind being 2-3 miles outside of downtown Liverpool. The management is very pleasant, rooms are impeccable, and a taxi service is just a phonecall (from the reception desk) away. A refreshingly modern interior, though the combination of dark walls and led lighting doesn't make reading easy. The bed was...

My other half and I stayed at Snooze for only a night as the Boyfriend had an RAF presentation early the next morning and so it made more sense for us to travel up the day before. Greeted by the warm and friendly Danny, we stayed on the top floor of the hotel. The room itself has lovely decor along...

A comfortable room, however a little latitude for improvement. Out of the 6 light bulbs in the room, 3 were blown. The shower adjustment was broken, as was the bed base. The included breakfast was very basic and attention to detail was not there, having to ask for some more milk for coffee and tea as it was not out...

Stayed two nights last weekend in this small but cute hotel, rooms very clean, beds comfortable, staff extremely friendly and so helpful etc, breakfast was basic but ok, overall, can't really say a bad word against this hotel, looking forward to staying there again soon, on our next trip to Liverpool :)
