Loved the apartment, I have been to Liverpool alot with work and was looking for a more enjoyable experience instead of staying in a hotel. I loved the apartment. The apartments are very central which is ideal but comes with the unfortunate odd noise late at night but you get to sleep and it's overall much better than a hotel!

Very friendly reception staff, great apartment ( ours was quiet at nights as it was at the back of the building, it was hard to believe you were in the city centre - so a lovely sleep). Everything was clean and fresh, very comfortable beds - even the sofa bed! A great location for a City Centre break in Liverpool, minutes away from lots of activities \ attractions, bus & train stations. Plenty of room for 5 adults.

Great two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with balcony. One minute to Liverpool one and stroll to Albert Dock. Clean tidy. Great friendly staff. Car parking underneath. £15 overnight not too bad price for car parking.

The hotel was absolutely lovely! Everything we needed and more; spending time in the apartment was just as enjoyable as being out in the city! It was like a home away from home for the few nights that we stayed. Being able to come home and have all the amenities available to us in our own room was amazing and made the stay that bit more special! Excellent location as well, not far from Liverpool One and plenty of food stores within walking distance like Tesco and Home Bargains. Staff were also lovely, friendly and informative. Jakub on check in was great and Becky was lovely when we checked out and came to pick up our bags. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely come back again in the future!

Found a last minute deal on Bookings.com for an overnight stay during the bank holiday. Wasn’t expecting much but how wrong was I! We stayed in one of the apartments and first impressions were amazing! Very clean and modern one bed apartment. The staff were amazing from start to finish, easy check in with all the vital information given. Booking process was very smooth, we were even contacted to ask how we would like our beds set out ie double or twin! Very quiet for the city centre. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool. And will definitely be back for a longer stay! Thank you so much

Great location with car park underneath (£15 per day, not cheap but indoor and secure). Very clean and friendly. No bar or restaurant but many bars and cafes nearby. Would be very happy to stay here again.

I went with my kids so we travelled as a family of 5, when we arrived we were a few hours early so the man at reception Jacub told us sometimes check in can happen early but on this occasion we can’t, it was the Easter weekend so that was understandable , we then took our luggage back to the car which was parked in the premises car park, so by time we messed about Jacub came out to look for us and told us he’s had a call to say our room was ready, for me that was above and beyond , he didn’t have to go out his way to do that, he made it very clear on numerous occasions that the floors will still be wet so ti be careful, when we went up to our room , the rooms were spotless abs yes floors slightly wet but we felt the cleanliness of the place and he did warn us of our safety especially going into it when it’s just finished, we had everything we needed, all kitchen supplies were fab, it was just so good , when we went back to reception on our way out to ask for some directions, Jacub stood with us for ages and went through a whole map , he was just brilliant, the place was very central also, couple minutes walk and you are at shops and restaurants, I would def stay here again and look at other chains if I went elsewhere , let’s hope there is a few Jacubs in other hotels …
