Great location only a short walk from Lime Street station. Easy check-in, we arrived after hours on a Friday night and all instructions were sent in advance and easy to follow. Spacious room with tea, coffee etc and bottled water and soft drinks on arrival in the fridge. Towels, shampoo etc provided. The only glitch was the wi-fi not working all weekend during our stay, caused by a power surge and unable to be fixed until Monday. Would highly recommend, staff very helpful.

The apartment I stayed at was very clean and very well stocked with an iron, hair dryer, cutlery, etc. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Would make this my first choice for stays in Liverpool. It’s also very well located right behind Lime Street station with cafes, supermarkets within walking distance.

The apartment was perfect for us, just right, not too small. Toiletries in the bathroom, very thick soft towels. It has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped, lots of cupboard space If you stay longer. Also had dishwashing liquid, a sponge and a tea towel. Very secure and very clean. Everything was spick and span including the bathroom. A 10 minute walk from the shops and the centre. We got there very easily by bus from the airport. The only thing was that we had to walk slightly uphill going there with our luggage and I get tired very easily. Damian, the manager was very helpful, even giving us the room before the checkin time which was a plus as we didn’t heed to go back to check in. I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here a number of times over the last 3 years. It’s perfect, everything you need and always clean. Plus not only do you get little treats you can control the temperature of the studio! But what makes it really special are the staff - consistently amazing. My first choice every time.

My sister & myself love Liverpool! Came for Christmas Market and shopping. Never stayed at this end of Liverpool and were a little sceptical as not sure what to expect. Lovely clean, spacious room with complimentary water & coke waiting for us on arrival. Big smile and very friendly welcome from Damien. Always time to chat and say hello! Very nice and comfortable apartment for a business stay. Damian is very friendly and helpful and makes you feel welcome straight away. I had to check in after hours but the email with instructions I received was also very clear so self check-in was very easy. Location is a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street station and a short 8-10 minute walk into the city center. There is a Tesco across the street where you can buy things for in your fridge. The only con maybe was that there is no bed light next to the bed, only the big one on the ceiling which is kind of bright at night. I solved this by putting on the desk lamp and pointing it towards the ceiling of a little softer light. But you have to get out of bed to turn that off Other than that very good value for money

Clean spacious accommodation located close to the centre of Liverpool. Less than 10 minutes walk to the main shopping areas as well as Lime Street Station. My room had a lovely view of both Cathedrals. Very quiet and no issues with noise. Comfortable bed. Well equipped room. Great free Wi-Fi. Complimentary drinks were also provided which was a nice touch. Property actually emailed me on the morning of my arrival to say my room was ready if I wanted to check in early which is fantastic service. Person who checked me in was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Overall great accommodation and hopefully I will stay again in the near future.

We had a fantastic time in our studio for 2 nights. It was fully equipped and exceptionally clean. Liked the security in the lift as in you couldn't go up unless you had a fob. Damien on reception was very helpful and pleasant. We would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.
