Lovely hotel, clean modern and the rooms are so spacious. Me and my partner booked this hotel as it was reasonably priced and we were not expecting much however this hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff were so lovely we were looked after by Hadiseh and she let us check into our room early, they really could not do enough for us, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

So central and immaculate. We had a studio room so spacious with all amenities you need. Lovely fluffy towels shampoo conditioner shower gel hand wash all provided. Stunning apartments and would definitely stay again.

Locate the heart of Liverpool city center and all front desk team members were friendly and very knowledgeable especially Flory regardless of my arrival was late due to delayed flight schedule. Definitely will come back here for next Liverpool stay again!

Great location and gorgeous apartment. Nice and modern and everything was clean. We were looked after by hadris who was lovely and very friendly. We also got late checkout by being a member so that was really good.Will deffo be back.

An excellent property with centralised location in the heart of the city, clean, amazing facilities in the room, spacious, helpful staff. We were able to watch the EUROVISION parade simply from our room. Would love to choose Quest properties when I travel again.

Great location! Close to everything - shopping, food, sightseeing spots. Pleasantly surprised with apartments we were given. Very clean & comfortable & fully equipped. But the most worth mentioning is the excellent customer service provided particularly for us when we accidentally left some items at the hotel. When we informed the staff on duty immediately upon realising this, there was prompt action on their part & we received the items on time at our London accommodation before our trip back home to our country. Really appreciate that!!

Could not ask for a better apartment in a better location. No traffic, plenty of restaurants and bars just steps from the entrance. Secure and discrete entrance/ exit. Beautiful, modern, and well appointed.apartment. Great view. Very close to trains.

We has a fantastic stay at this hotel. It's really central in the town centre. Quiet as well. Large rooms with well equipped kitchen. The cleaning is good. The staff were so great to us, especially Hadiseh, se was so friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back.
