Great hotel right by Lime Street rail station. Hot water could have warmed up a little faster but that's my only complaint. My room was "large" for UK standards -- I even had a separate seating area.

We stayed here for 2 nights, as part of the half term break. Our stay here was amazing, from the helpful staff to the cleanliness of our hotel rooms. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! The prices are reasonable, as the quality is high standard! The views from the hotel are breathtaking, especially on a sunny day!

Great location, good sized and clean family room, breakfast and bar really nice (great views). What topped this off was the staff - simply genuinely nice, friendly people who really wanted to help (as we saw from so many places in Liverpool). We've stayed in many UK cities and had "good" service; but it's easy to see through people doing their job and actually being lovely - every single member of staff here was indeed LOVELY and that really made our two night stay special. We'll be back! PS - go up the Radio tower

Great hotel in a great location. Directly facing Lime St Station. A special mention to Meisha who works on the cleaning team. She was very knowledgeable about the local area for places to eat and drink and was very helpful, polite and professional. A credit to the hotel. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thanks.

This is a very comfortable hotel in the heart of Liverpool, right opposite Lime St station. Best thing about the hotel is the incredible staff, from front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant staff (Jo, I think, was so lovely)! They accomodated me when I needed a quiet room to work for a short while. The room are very comfortable, showers hot and comes with kettle, tea and coffee. The only negative I can say about the room is that it was rather warm. The temperature control didn't seem to do anything on the wall so we had the window open all the time which meant a bit of loud noise cam in in the mornings. The breakfast is plentiful. Alongside the buffet of cereals, fruits and cooked foods, you can order cooked oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, eggs of your choice and there is a special of the day. Wifi is excellent throughout the hotel. Highly recommended, would stay there again. If I have one complaint it is the prices being charged for Eurovision week. I understand supply and demand but charging over 2.5 times (250 a night instead of less than 100) does seem to be taking advantage of the customer somewhat.

Dear PupLondon, Thank you for your review following your recent stay with us. Really pleased to read your lovely comments and nice of you to mention Jo, who does a wonderful job on breakfast. Glad you enjoyed our breakfast and also enjoyed your visit to the city for Eurovision. We certainly enjoyed being the host city. As for rates, our rates fluctuate with the demand in the city, this happens from day to day on a normal basis and we certainly didn't look to exploit this, just about being in line with what other hotels in the city are charging. However, I hope we offered value for money and that your experience in Liverpool was worth it. Many thanks Matt Knight

It was really Fanta stay there. We started with a very little hiccups but everything got sorted immediately. Becky was nice and helpful and she truly is very honest person. She was nice and helpful. The F&B staff were also very nice. All staff there is very nice, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The location is right opposite to the train station which is perfect as well. There’s a mall behind the hotel so one can go in the shopping center as well.

Second time here, very clean and well appointed, staff are wonderful in particular the staff at the breakfast room, amazing like friends and go out of there way to help you with local knowledge. Amazing, the only place I would stay. Close to most city centre areas of Liverpool.

The pillows are so lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom facilities were gleaming. We really loved it here and were happy to stay again but, sadly..........they were fully booked on our return dates. This just says it all really.

We stayed for two nights as part of a city break and found the hotel ideal for that purpose. Arriving by train at Lime Street, the hotel is directly opposite, so very convenient. Although we were too early to book in, we were able to leave our luggage. All the main sights were within walking distance and we had no need to make use of public transport to access them. Our room was on the 9th floor and very quiet; the room was comfortably appointed and the bed very comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast each day, which we greatly enjoyed; furthermore, there is a great outlook from the restaurant. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay; the staff as well being unfailingly friendly and helpful.
