I was in this hotel for a business trip. This hotel is a boutique hotel well designed in all details. Room clean and comfortable. The location is great if you’d like to visit the Albert Docks and the RLB. The breakfast is delicious. Strongly suggested!
The Indigo is a good hotel in a decent location. The other reviews which mention ‘paper thin’ should not be ignored. I definitely did not get a good nights sleep. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. The gym is really small but it was not too busy and it had everything I needed for a good workout.
3 of us stayed 2 nights my first visit to this fab city - my new favourite place! Hotel in great location, about 15 mins steady walk from Lime St Station. The waterfront is literally down the road. As I'm an IHG member you get automatic late check out of 2pm. As we had early arrival train the staff got one room ready so we could leave our stuff til later. Also gave us a free drnk as it was one my friends birthdays! The staff can't do enough for you anytime of day or night they are an absolute credit. Rooms very good, building work going on didn't impact at all. Breakfast top notch and served in the nice restaurant. Without doubt I'll be back to this fab city and definitely look to stay here. FAB-U-LOUS!
Stayed for a night a Hotel Indigo and had dinner at the Marco Pierre White Restaurant whilst there. The hotel is perfect for exploring Liverpool and the stay was amazing. Reception staff deserve a particular mention in terms of service. Room was lovely, there was scaffolding up, but didn’t bother us at all and maintenance is obviously necessary. Mini bar is a lovely addition. The food in the restaurant was so good, absolutely perfectly cooked steak and the eggs Benedict at breakfast was delicious! Would stay again in a heartbeat, couldn’t fault a thing!
We had the superior double room with stocked minibar. Wine, beers, juices and water and snacks Lovely room, very comfortable, bed was great, facilities also. The staff were lovely every one greeted us as they passed. Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice. Bar area was lovely. The location is excellent. Special mention to Kayleigh on reception for the warm welcome. Booking again for our next trip to Liverpool.
Good location, reasonable size room (with kettle and hairdryer) and decent continental breakfast. Felt safe staying in my own as you need your room key to enter and use the lifts. Parked in the NCP and made use of discounted rate. Stayed for business but will be returning for a leisure visit.
The hotel is quite nicely decorated, and the staff are very friendly. It's at the bargain end of the range, but above the likes of Premier Inn etc. Room was ok, but it wasn't quiet at night. There was an unexpected amount of noise coming through the door which wasn't soundproof. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Breakfast was really good, with a good choice, and excellent service from the staff. Situated only a short walk from the dock area, which is a great area to visit and spend a few days, and only a short walk to the main shopping centre. All in all ok, and fairly good value, but I can't put it higher than that.
amazing staff so helpful room was very nice and the food was amazing all staff can not do enough to help a really good stay will be back good location and near shops and bars the mini bar was stocked well also
A lovely friendly welcome and very accommodating in helping me move room when I was allocated a twin instead of a double. Rooms are nicely furnished, and you get that usual Indigo-quirkiness with the decor. They're a bit pokey but perfectly fine for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet throughout the stay. I'm on a diet, so spent the evenings eating grapes and low-fat noodles, but the MPW menu looked excellent and was pretty well priced too. Put me down for the French onion soup and gnocchi for my next visit.
We have just spent Saturday night at the Indigo hotel, Liverpool. Very friendly, attentive staff with a real sense of team spirit. Unfortunately the heating in our room did not work. While Adriano did his amazing best to sort out the issue, resulting in a change of room, our new one had the same problem. Next morning the team compensated us with a complimentary breakfast which was much appreciated. The main issue is the room price: £245 for a reasonable room but nothing special……quite a punchy Room Rate for a hotel which is a ten minute walk from Liverpool’s main shops etc….and also when comparing £245 to the £90 I will be paying next Sunday to stay in the Crowne Plaza at Terminal 4 Heathrow Airport. Not very good value, in my opinion.
