We have just returned from the hotel after a two night stay. When I phoned the central number to ask for three rooms..two for couples and one for a couple with a two year old..I was told they could have a roll away bed or sofa bed for him. We thought this seemed fine. On arrival we were told this...

A very well equipped hotel with comfortable beds, great showers and helpful friendly staff. The location is excellent and buffet breakfasts were very good. I would not recommend ordering from the "specials" breakfast list however as the eggs benedict was virtually inedible. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the reduced price parking at the adjacent Capitol Car...

I was recommended to stay at this hotel for a business trip, never heard of it before, and it didn't disappoint. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Lime Street station or a 5 minute can ride. The rooms in the hotel are clean with a good size shower ensuite. The hotel has a gym although very small...

Hotel Indigo is perfect walking distance from all you need in Liverpool. The staff are very helpful and nice. Free soft drinks and snacks replaced everyday in the mini bar which are a nice touch. Shower great pressure. Will stay here again in the future.

Cleanliness is number one to me, and this room met my requirements. The rooms were also quite spacious and as I was staying there for about a week, the extra space was welcomed. Breakfast selection is also quite good and reasonably priced. The service is the one area that could have been better - the front desk staff particularly. There...

I picked here for my Dads 50th birthday for a family stay! Check in was smooth and the lady at the desk was very helpful and made conversation about our stay, if we had been to Liverpool etc. They also gave us some complementary drinks tokens for use in the bar as it was a special occasion which was a...

Our second visit to this quality hotel which has been recently refurbished. We stayed in room 608 which is on the top floor. The room is a little on the small side and features a desk + adequate wardrobe space a modern television - a very comfy bed. and an excellent bathroom. A good wi fi signal throughout the hotel....

Stayed twice here and both times were great! The staff were very helpful, providing information about breakfast and parking facilities. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. We especially liked the complimentary snacks! Definitely stay again and good for exploring Liverpool.

Lovely place to stay the staff were so polite and more than happy to help, the room had a shabby view but I didn't go to stare out the window so not something that bothered us as for everything else, with the comfy bed, quality hairdryer, surround sound it certainly had a a bit of luxury with a not so...

I've been a regular at Hotel Indigo Liverpool on business for 10 months and have built up a relationship with the management and staff, who have been brilliant - professional, friendly and caring. I can't fault anything about the hotel or staff. Even the MPW restaurant serves great food and the waiting staff are both professional and attentive. The breakfast...
