Great value hotel for my niece's wedding. Rooms were small but had everything you needed & decor was of a good standard. The staff were extremely helpful & very nice. A great place to stay in Liverpool.

A taxi from the train station cost us £7/£8. We actually walked into Liverpool centre from the hotel, it's a good way but a pleasant walk and you get to see the cathedral in all its glory on the way. We actually caught the bus back it's stops really near to the hotel too. You must visit lark lane, turn right as you come out of the hotel and walk straight down, lark lane is a turn off on your right. It's full of lively bars and bistros, try the Greek near the bottom on the left......delicious. Have a good trip.
