Couldn't fault my staff. Great location at the centre of Liverpool and the staff couldn't do more to help. Reception is on the first floor with plenty of room in the bar area with a great view over the revamped entrance to the dock area

Was given a room on the second floor. It was clean enough, but when I took a shower, the floor flooded as the shower curtain did not fit right and the soap dispenser was broken at 04:30 hours. The lorry arrived to unload and load big wheelie bins and even with the window closed, made an awful noise and gave me a terrible night sleep, the roads surrounding the Travelodge are extremely busy and very noisy. The staff were polite enough and unfortunately something like this ruined it

Disappointed - blotted a previously good copybook. Uncleanliness of essential bathroom area was not remedied. Cafe served a cooked breakfast which was cold and therefore extremely unappetising. Dealt with my booking as a single night instead of the two nights booked complaining about my non-checkout during a very busy business event

Booked Super Room. Still trying to workout what was super about it a coffee machine with pods that have no description of what they are? Room supposedly updated recently, all we could see was a poor quality bathroom.

Great Waterfront location. We had a decent room, basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. As usual weekend room rates jump up massively when there is an event on in town? However the reception staff waived the £10 early check in fee and also gave us free wifi for the weekend, so they did their best to compensate. The hotel does not have its own car park so we parked in the Q park a short walk away, a small inconvenience. The parking cost us £30 for the weekend after the 30% hotel discount had been applied. All in all our stay was quite good. We would recommend this Travelodge hotel and would stay here again as the location suits us.

5 couples went together for a birthday weekend. The staff got us all on the same floor and we had a great time. The rooms were adequate, some had a great view of the docks, though cleaner windows would have enhanced this. Breakfast was decent, though the sausages could do with being a little less over cooked. All in all clean rooms with nice chairs, extra pillows. Staff were great and the location was perfect. Highly reccommend.

Cramped family room due to having a double bed and 2 single beds in it. No room to move. Do they have any larger rooms for families? The waste bins in room and bathroom hadn't been emptied from previous occupants. Reception is on 1st floor. Unable to use stairs to get there as key fob needed.

This hotel is located in the heart of Liverpool close to the river. Lots of bars and restaurants. 15 walk from Lime St Station. However the rooms are small as are the bathrooms. In the twin rooms the beds are far too small - ok for kids, but not if your 6 foot plus!

Yet again a decent nights sleep at this Liverpool city centre hotel. Management and staff responded in a timely and professional manner when asked to rectify a couple of minor issues with the room. Good location for the Albert Dock, Arena and city centre stores

Found a sweetie under the bed, never been in a more basic room. Woke up covered in bites. Bedbugs? Tv sound restricted. Not a bad thing but just not loud enough. Noisy outside with bins and vans very early at the building next door. No view, looking into a side lane.
