Amazing place to stay for a night out away from home. Especially Liverpool, loads of pubs and restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. The hotel is very straightforward and to the point. Just ask and team members will make sure you have a great stay.

Great location, great staff and a good price. Basic rooms but clean, quiet and good value. Just make sure you know which one you're booked into there are 3 Travelodge Centrals all at different addresses.

Room was not clean or cleaned during our two night stay. The windows were so dirty could hardly see through them. The corridor outside the room smelt horrible. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had also been booked into the wrong hotel and ended up going to three different ones having been sent to the wrong place and ended up not where we wanted to be or had booked. It was very expensive and most of our family ended up in nicer hotels for half the price!

It wasn’t easy to find. Very poor signage. Room was clean and orderly. No hand soap in the bathroom, empty dispenser. Some other guests very loud in the middle of the night as were the drunken people under our 4th floor window but this isn’t the hotels fault. Room did exactly what it should do at a fraction of the cost of other, closer city hotels.

Great Price for City Centre location. Loved the security features, bouncer at night and key acrd access to the lifts. (The security was lovely who was working Friday 2nd! So friendly) Great % discount on parking, which was a swaying point when booking. Clean bed, comfy Staff on reception were great, Lenq ? Gave me the tripadvisor card on checkout and was the loveliest girl wishing us safe travels onwards etc. Only thing missing was a hairdryer ?! This would have made a great stay perfect.

Chose the hotel for its central location. Hotel looks new from outside however room we were given felt old, dirty and not cleaned to a desired standard when staying in a hotel (Room 506). Shower temperature dial didn’t seem to move - luckily the temp was bareable. Wouldn’t stay here again - would rather spend abit more to stay somewhere nicer. Undesirable guests also decided to play music at 4-5am after coming back shouting and waking us (and our friends next door) up.

It’s in a good location for exploring Liverpool - literally 10 minutes and you are at the Royal Albert Dock, 5 mins to shops, Matthew Street and the Gay Village. Bit also far enough away from too mush nighttime noise. Qparks are all nearby so easy to park or just 5 mins from Lime Street Station. All the staff we met and spoke to were really friendly and helpful - they are the four stars. The hotel decor needs a bit of love. It was clean whoch to me is more important, but it is very basic and the bathrooms are tired.
