Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms are fabulous and all of the staff encountered appear to pride themselves in excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommended.

Dear kage124, Thank you for your kind review. We love hearing that we have become part of a whole night away with music and drama ....maybe I mean theatre, forget the drama! All the best, Mary C More

We stayed for one night whilst visiting to go to a concert at the Philharmonic hall. The hotel is located just over the road from the hall which is ideal. There is a pizza express next door too which we also visited. The hotel is lovely, very modern and staff are very friendly. Kettle tea and coffee in rooms but... More

Dear Trip Advisor Member, Thank you for your review and recommendation. I will look at the duvet problem, I suspect we made a mistake but will investigate the reason. I hope you took full advantage of breakfast choices! All the best, Mary C More

Chillingly chic design, fairly friendly but not especially experienced or professional staff, food very variable (rather tired nouveau presentations, rather joyless flavours - good haddock at breakfast, dreadful tea that would shame a down market b & b), good shower, comfy duvet and pillows, in many ways very agreeable if it was not for its air of being up itself... Dear Richard D, Thank you for all the nice things you mention in your review. We have taken a serious look at the 'air of up ourselves' we even checked ourselves from beyond, beside, below and above then we got all confused and had to have tea. But seriously we will look out and squash any airs of pretension because... More

This is our second stay in this stylish hotel. We booked 2 suites for our daughter's graduation ceremony and having been told by the hotel previously that they would welcome our dog on our next visit, we took them up on the offer! When we mentioned on the day of the ceremony that we were just about to pop Hector... More

We were upgraded on arrival and received one of the penthouse rooms. Superb facilities, beautiful roof terrace with panoramic view of the city and river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast great. My only reservation is the parking facility is a bit small, and the traffic wardens are very keen. That aside, I'd stay here again without... More

I simply can't fault Hope Street. It's exceptional. The room is always immaculate and spotlessly clean with fresh milk delivered to the door! It's only a 10 minute walk into the heart of Liverpool which is fab. The staff are lovely and attentive, they can't do enough for you. I literally don't have a bad word to say about Hope... More

So we stayed last night. Really lovely and large room with a huge bathroom and balcony. Bathroom completely overlooked by offices across the way. Fine at the weekend but you'd need to pull the blackout blinds in the week! towels were the and scratchy as were the robes. It was a cold day and heating was super hot despite it... More

We stayed in this hotel while we visited Liverpool for a birthday celebration. We stayed in a studio room which was quite nice and spacious. The facilities were good but there were just a few niggly bits that were quite off-putting. We phoned reception and asked them to call a taxi for us, when we came down a few minutes... More
