We always stay at a Radisson and this was a last minute arrangement. The upside was that the hotel is well up to Radisson standards and the staff nice.It is a busy party/wedding reception type of place and the foyer can be very noisy. It was a good stay only marred by a couple of points; as we were on a...

Room furnishings decent if a little dated. Service good. Ventilation awful. Foyer stuffy and smells of eggs. Room stuffy. Windows don't open and aircon is ineffective and sounds like a diesel generator.

Stayed last Saturday night with my wife and another couple. Check in was slow, lady was lovely and they did have a room ready for us at 1pm and as the check in isn't till 3pm I was well impressed. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is great. The big minus for me is that for £169 there...

I have just returned from a 3 night stay in Liverpool. We had a great time in this wonderful city however the accommodation at the Radisson Blu let us down slightly. The first thing I noticed about the hotel was how the layout of the corridors looked startlingly like a prison, albeit a very modern and clean prison. We were...

I was very disappointed wit this hotel, it didn't have a yes I can attitude. I work for a radisson in Dublin so I know all about being yes I can and how this is portrayed to guests but when we arrived into reception on Sunday we just didn't receive this from reception, it was almost like they didn't want...

Just tried to check into the above and collect shopping voucher paid for as part of our weekend away, deputy manager 'Fred' really unhelpful, wanted us to have our voucher s after we had been shopping! Kept me waiting 30 mins before they give in, and he refused to put me in touch with someone more helpful or senior. Ruined...

My sister asked me to submit this as she does not have intetnet. Her visite was last week-end as part of a coach trip package. She said the hotel had everyting she wanted but what made the trip very special was the meal they had on the Sunday evening - it was one of the highlights of the trip. She...

Myself and my partner stayed here for 1 night for my birthday we arrived early as we wanted to walk round the docks, we asked if we could leave our bags until the room was ready this wasn't a problem and they also gave us a map to point out the places of interest. When we returned a few hours...

We found the radisson blu hotel on a last minute deals website and were amazed at the deal we got. The hotel had lots of floors and loads of rooms, but once you were inside you didn't feel cramped or squeezed in whatsoever! Our room overlooked the water docks which was lovely, and the room itself was really nice. Everything...

The hotel is ok, the rooms are of a good size. Parking can be a problem if you haven't booked it in advance, you'll need to park on the road or at the NCP about 5 minutes walk. Overnight parking will cost you £21, which is ok for a city centre. Staff engagement is poor, checking in wasn't great, not...
