We stayed in Hideout Apartment, which for location to all attractions could not have been better, though street wasn’t great, but being in city centre this was understandable. Our main disappointment was that although entry was on ground level, main living area was in basement therefore no windows, felt claustrophobic and in Covid days no fresh air wasn’t great. Bedroom windows were sealed and blinds had to be kept closed as looked into alleyway where there appeared to be people around, twin bedroom directly on pavement. Hot water variable, depending on time of day, a few cool showers were had! Stairs were unhoovered on arrival though bathrooms were clean. Sofa had coins and a cigarette lighter lying in full view, clean towels and toilet rolls were left twice during our five night stay which was good. Overall we enjoyed our trip but wouldn’t pick this particular apt again, more suited to Stag and Hen groups probably.

Recently stayed at Epic Campbell Street Apartments for a Hen Weekend. We stayed in The Loft and City Chic. After browsing online for apartments we came across the Epic website. We looked at all the lovely pictures and decided to book with them because they appeared to be a high standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, that wasn't what was provided to us. On arriving at the property, there was a dead pigeon directly outside the door. This indicated that staff members had not been to the apartments on the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok. When we opened the door and started walking up the stairs. There were bits of rubbish strewn on them (plastic, paper etc) which meant they obviously hadn't been hoovered prior to our arrival. The apartments themselves hadn't been cleaned properly either. There was also dried food stuck on the coffee table. There was some previous damage in the apartments aswell. Broken roller blinds, broken bins, cracked hob, stained carpets and walls etc. The bedroom in The Loft with the en suite smelled terrible due blocked drains. The TV in The Loft didn't work and we couldn't get the heating on either. We rang reception and 2 hours later someone came out. He fixed the TV and fiddled with the thermostat and told us that the heating would now come on....It didn't. We ended up spending most of our time in the City Chic apartment as that was the warmest. There was also a leak above one of the beds in the City Chic apartment. On checking out we informed them of the leak, complained about the heating, the apartments being dirty, the drains and the previous damage and the girl on reception said she was aware of the previous damage already. Which made us question why they are allowing people to stay there? The previous damage to the apartment is one thing, but after paying £1350 for accommodation, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect at the very least for it to be clean, have central heating, to not have to endure the smell of blocked drains and to not have a leak dripping water onto your bed. Despite our complaints on check out. We have not even received an apology. Just a request for a review. So, overall, I can catagorically say that our stay was far from "Epic" and we won't be booking with this company again.

This would have been my 4th stay. Booked for a graduation that didn’t happen in 2020. Could not get a refund but was told I’d be able to carry over the booking. This company totally lied to me, will not honour my booking. Disposable behaviour, they do not return calls or emails. Lord that they’d contacted me. NEVER believe a word they say. I am beyond disappointed, I too have a small company and lost out to covid. I’d never treat people they way this lot have. Be warned.

Me and my friends stayed here last minute on May bank holiday weekend after we got turned away from the hotel we had booked. Over the phone, we spoke to Craig who was lovely and super helpful. After a stressful morning, we were greeted by Mark who was amazing, so lovely and helpful. We had issues with the heating in our apartment so Mark came over to try and fix it and gifted us two bottles of prosecco as well to say sorry which was a thoughtful touch. All of us could not speak more highly of Mark, he was just fab from start to finish, even carrying some of our bags to the apartment because we had so much stuff!! The heating still wasn’t working in the morning so we got moved into a different bigger apartment. Both of the apartments were gorgeous, spotlessly clean and felt luxurious. However, in the new apartment, the hot water wasn’t working and neither was the heating! We had to nip back to the other apartment to shower which was a bit of a nightmare. Apart from that, it was a lovely place to stay and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again as I think the heating and water was an issue with the whole building and not something easily fixed. Thank you for having us!

Stayed here for one night with a group of friends. Cant recommend this place high enough. We had a fabulous stay, had everything you would need and more, was centrally located right in the heart of restaurants bars shops. Once entering the apartment you wouldnt think it was in such a busy area as it was just so relaxing. We have stayed in a number of Epic apartments over the last year and they have all been outstanding. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Epic.

As you can see by my previous reviews, I visit Liverpool on a once monthly basis, and my choice of stay is always The Epic Hotel & Epic Apartments. This January visit, I stayed at 'THE HIDEOUT' on Campbell street. It is literally a HIDEOUT with the big comfy lounge & kitchen downstairs, all hidden away! The double bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, with another bathroom downstairs. There were 5 of us and it was a girls night in, so cosy, lovely & clean was the apartment. The reception at Epic could not be more helpful, look out for Craig the manager who leads a great team and really do have great people skills and customer service. You are surrounded by great shops, Liverpool One, bars and restaurants, all within 5 minutes walk. Convenient parking only 5 mins walk away. I have now tried all the Epic Hotel & Apartments experience over the past year, though still to try 'The Movie Room'! Oh yes, Masons Restaurant just around the corner, excellent food, great staff and competively priced...all part of the Epic experience! Deborah S.

I stayed with a group of four friends for one night and to summarise it was a magnificent stay. The presentation of the apartment was first class and was finished to a very high quality. We absolutely loved the basement kitchen / living room where we had lots of space to eat and drink before going out for the night. The bedrooms and shower rooms / bathroom were superb and it certainly made our evening / night even more memorable. The location of the apartment is also great and is just a few minutes walk from the local nightlife and also the L1 shopping centre. I highly recommend EPIC Campbell Street and I hope to stay here again.
