We have always loved this hotel the staff are fantastic and rooms are great ....what has let it down massively this time is the restaurant next door that plays extremely loud music until 2 in the morning it sounds as if it is in the same room as you it is boom boom boom constantly ..if you want to sleep...

Great location. Room nice but value for money no. Old hotel so could only open the window a slight bit. Recommended to park in the Q park level 3/4 and stuck in the carpark for 1 hr(not the hotels fault) I was given a voucher from the hotel for the carpark which didn't work. The Tv didn't work that evening...

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and it continues to tick all the boxes. After a long drive to Liverpool and meetings all day it was great to check in to a pleasant hotel with an excellent size room and a comfortable bed. The welcome upon check in was great and the whole check in...

First time at this hotel and we'll book here again, the location is great for the shops, only 10 mins from Lime St Station and round the corner from James St station it's also very handy for Q1 car park. Albert dock is also a 10 mins stroll away so all in all can't be faulted. The hotel is spotless...

I have reviewed this hotel before and been very positive. Unfortunately things have moved on poorly. No key card wallet at check in ..... silly little detail but it's the little details which paint the larger picture. The lovely coffee bags they used to do have been replaced with bland Nescafe sachets. The french window in the room didn't lock...

This is great venue and is very much a hidden gem. The staff are so customer focused and can't do enough to help. I would recommend 62 Castle Street to anyone who is running a course or wants to hold a networking event.

62 Castle Street, a lovely little hotel in Liverpool city centre, a really good welcome, and the room was bigger than expected, with a comfy sofa and chairs to watch TV, excellent shower, no bath, but it really didn't matter, very nice toiletries included, plenty of soft white towels, our room on the 3rd floor had a beautiful view of...

The room was very nice and that is the only plus point. No bar, no restaurant and only enough t-bags in the room for one drink each. We requested more but we were not given any. When we booked in they charged us £188 for the room and £100 deposit. When we enquired about the deposit they said it was...

Stayed here with my partner a couple of years ago (unfortunately we can't select that option on the review form!), and would love to return soon! Lovely large rooms in a modern hotel with lots of character. Situated near to the docks and just a short walk to the shops/restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short break in...

We had a great stay at this hotel. Lovely big room, excellent welcome and superb customer service. Really central location for shops and restaurants. No parking but just a quick hop down to the QPark so not a great issue. Will be back 😄
