Lovely few days at this hotel for my husband birthday. Lovely staff all over hotel from check-in to lady cleaning rooms and breakfast staff . Nice rooms with aircon in we had a lovely view of mersey. Bed very comfortable. Room was lovely and clean Breakfast was also nice.

Hotel's Favourite
Rang and booked a week before and explained I'm booking for mine and my partners join birthday and they were happy to help, Jess and Chris to be exact. Welcomed with a smile. Room as absolutely beautiful, the view is what I wanted wow we got it!!! Faultlessly clean....could of done with better pillows but that's just by preference. Would reccomend to everyone, thanks so much we will be back x

What a lovely hotel with young, hard working welcoming staff. On check in found we had been upgraded to a river view room for a birthday celebration 🎂. Spotless clean room, amazing view and comfy bed. Bathroom with Bigelow toiletries and rainwater shower. Little walk into town but perfect for the Albert Dock area. Will definitely return!!

If you are visiting the M&S Bank Arena you can't get closer. Nice hotel with decent breakfast and bar. Rooms have huge beds but I wasn't keen on the sliding door on the bathroom. I prefer a proper door. Slight negative point is there ard only 2 lifts which causes delays at times but certainly worth recommending.

Lovely ‘after Disney show’ lunchtime food and great service. Georgia was a lovely member of staff and looked after us today with two littles, aged 2 & 3, she made sure that we had a high chair and left crayons for the children. Nothing was too much trouble, thanks for great service and lovely food.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We intend to visit Liverpool again in the future (as it’s a great city with so much to do) and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Perfect room-everything you could possibly need and a really comfy bed. Great shower. Lovely friendly staff and a breakfast that kept us going all day. Only disappointment was only staying one night-and that was our problem!

Great views over the river and the city. Nice rooms. Helpful staff. However breakfast is served on dirty, worn out plates, and the quality of the breakfast ingredients and the coffee were especially bad. Spoiled the stay slightly.

We stayed at the Pullman using a voucher from Buy a Gift .com, courtesy of my work colleagues, our stay was on a half board basis. We both enjoyed the stay and all of the food and drink provided. The accomodation was good and well cleaned, loved the rainfall shower. What really made the stay was the friendly staff who were very informative and engaging and asked how our day had gone. Advice was given regarding food (I am GF) and food was specially prepared. The bar advised on a specific type of rum, this is now my favorite. All in all a lovely couple of days celebrating my retirement and my wife's birthday.

Just spent Sunday night at this amazing hotel it was our wedding anniversary and as we did last year wanted to spend it in our favourite hotel in Liverpool, stayed many times and always have an amazing time we got a free room upgrade which was very nice (top floor river view) cake in the room and a fantastic welcome (as always 😀) all in all another fantastic stay but best of all the staff always fantastic thanks guys will see you soon.

Had a great stay very comfortable room amazing bed fantastic shower, enormous help yourself breakfast lovely atmosphere. Very friendly staff and if you park at Kings car park and tell the car park you stayed at Pullman they will give you a discount from £18 a night to £12 what is not to like
