My friends and I had my hen weekend here and WOW it didn’t disappoint! I will not stay anywhere else in Liverpool now! They looked after us, made me feel so special, wished me luck of my wedding, decorated our suites. We booked hair and make up to the rooms and samba afternoon tea through them. Also special mention to the sweetest concierge ERIC who was so kind to us, danced with us and made me feel so welcome!! Best hotel I’ve ever been to thank you!! Photo attached with the lovely Eric xx

We arrived a little early and our room wasn’t ready so they were happy to hold our bags for us so we could go out and explore the local area. Once we arrive back the hotel, we were greeted by Eric with our bags and had such a lovely conversation… we began chatting and explained how we had just gotten married and this was our minimoon. Eric did everything he could to make this one to remember, by showing us to our room and bringing a bottle of fizz to share. Just as things couldn’t get any better, there was a knock at the door and we had been upgraded to a suite - a complete surprise! Later that evening there was another knock at the door with a beautifully present cake plaque… the attention to detail this team has is outstanding! The room/s were both gorgeous and we will 1000% be back! Thank you for the most amazing break ever!!

We booked the blue party room but upon arrival we were told sorry that room had a leak and we've put you in a different room. We we're a bit sceptical as we booked that particular room for the décor and fun element! The room we were given was basic, boring and had no character and definitely not what we booked or paid for. The rooms were dirty, dusty and a bit worn out and need a bit of tlc Disappointed
