We had a very quiet and comfortable room at the very top of this boutique pub/hotel. The room and shower room were well-appointed although a shelf and a glass in the shower room would have prevented our toothbrushes/toothpaste falling constantly onto the floor! Another minor point - there were 5 hangar hooks but only 3 hangars, which meant our coats...

The Peckham area of London isn't exactly a tourist Metropolis and for many reasons it's probably best avoided unless one wants to see the grittier side of London life. However, having said that, as Peckham blends into some of the nicer areas of London on it's periphery near the Victoria Inn, it would be harder to find a nicer lodgings...

Been many times before to this lovely pub but this time we thought we'd stay for dinner. Half the menu (which is already very limited on a Sunday) wasn't available and the roast for the money they're charging wasn't worth it unfortunately.

We hadn't been to the Victoria in since the autumn of last year when they cancelled a reservation for family visiting from Australia at very short notice. Today, we thought it would be a good opportunity to see how things had changed (and hopefully improved since then. We had taken a chance on a walk in Sunday lunch, but with...

We stayed four days and held a 40th birthday party for my son in the Uncle Albert room. Taryn made all the arrangements and gave us a warm welcome and so did Joe. Thoroughly professional, she leads a great team. Sian and Rory looked after us well throughout the party and after. Tomas is a great barman and with Lucas...

Lunch, Sunday 12th February 2017 This pub was always consistent in terms of food, service and value for money. Visited today after not eating there since October time last year. The food was still good but the service was appalling. Although table service you had to leave your table and hunt out staff. Then over charged. Then told we sat...

We went for Sunday lunch. The food was pretty good but the service very slow. Staff were nice but probably overworked as it took a long time to be served. Also, the pub was pretty chilly - could do with the fire being lit.
