Seems a very new hotel. Aboiut 10 min walk from station. As an Accor member I was upgraded to a family room. Big rooms, comfy with strong wifi. Good insulated windows meant it was very quiet. Few minor points: no rain shower and not much fruit for breakfast (few sad looking apples and oranges) and limited cheese selection and no hot food.

We stayed for 3 nights with the family here and the location is just ideal. It has close proximity to Ealing Broadway Station and various eateries around the area. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, the "movie set" theme throughout the hotel was unique and fit in with the Ibis Styles concept. We slept well due to the well-soundproofed building.
However, I felt that the staff interaction was a bit cold and not welcoming. There was no engagement and any effort to have meaningful conversation. We did not get asked upon arrival and departure if we enjoyed London nor our stay. I am an ALL Gold member and upon check-in, I was not informed about the welcome drink. I had to ask and only then I was explained.
I had a preference of higher floor rooms (which I was lucky to be allocated in high floor rooms every time I stay in Accor properties), but I was assigned in the second floor for this stay. I accepted this considering we had two rooms and maybe they did not have two rooms adjacent in the higher floor. This is not an issue but reflecting on the previous point about staff interaction, this would be best to be communicated.
Overall, we did enjoy our rooms but we did not feel warm and welcomed. I read through the reviews just before writing this review and found that the staff actually got quite a lot of compliments. Maybe it was just a bad day at the office for me?

Very nice new-ish hotel right on the high street in Ealing. Very clean and well kept. The room size is typical of European hotels, and there could have been a few more electricity plugs near the bed. The breakfast is all cold food, but for an extra $10 on hotels.com, it was worth it. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. it's located pretty much right between West Ealing station and the much better served Ealing Broadway station (800 meters away from the latter). Friendly desk staff, I'd stay there again.

Pros: The hotel is at one of the nicest areas- in my opinion- in London, with easy access to central London by underground or bus. Bus stop is 10 meters away from the hotel entrance. Rooms are spacious and over all you will have a quite sleep.Reception staff was polite. Cons: Cleanliness is average. Room floor were not cleaned to the standards, and beddings were not spotless , and not changed in a 4 nights stay (Same stains from day 1 to the check out). Breakfast was ridiculous. The poorest selection I have ever seen in a hotel. In addition there were huge delays on refreshing the items which leaded to even fewer selection for a very long time. It looked that they were short of staff or just unorganized at that matter.If you are the type that a good breakfast is essential for your day, this is not the place for you.

Tried to book a room here today. Appalling service on the phone resulted in a decision to cancel the room we had managed to book, and book elsewhere outside of Accor hotels. Never again. Not just this hotel but none of the Accor group owned hotels.

The hotel is a nice modern building. Bed is very comfortable. The main issue for me was the cleanliness of the room. I stayed in three different rooms over the course of around two weeks and none were properly cleaned. Dirty bathroom floors with hair, vanity area not cleaned well with dirty corners that had not been touched for a long time. The showers frequently run out of shower gel or shampoo that is not topped up on cleaning. It is a shame because the hotel is nice in a good location and is comfortable. The other issue is noisy heating and ac which makes noises even if switched off and this was the case in each of the three rooms.
If the cleaning is sorted this will be a nice, good value property but as it is I do not feel inclined to stay again.

I had a need to stay in Ealing, for the first time in many years. Upon arrival in the hotel the staff greeting me were very professional, even saying they'd upgraded me - as far as I can see this involved a slightly larger room. The room was large and very clean - and the bathroom very feature rich with an excellent shower. BUT: The air conditioning was useless (if only I could have opened the window, but I had a room facing the main road on the 5th floor and couldn't). Also, and I must confess I thought this had been resolved in UK hotels many years ago, NO kettle / tea or coffee making in the room! I like to wake up, make a coffee and then shower whilst it's cooling... Your website advertises for a Queen Room "Coffee/tea making facilities" - so you're advertising a service which doesn't exist.... TBH, next time I'll save myself a few steps getting to the hotel and stay in another popular hotel chain a few steps closer to the station...

Superb week long stay. Such a calm atmosphere, so quite my entire stay I thought I was the only guest I the hotel. The theme is that of old movies as near to Ealing Film Studios. Film quotes on the carpets throughout the hotel, even a working shoe shine machine! The room was spacious, T.V, kettle, hairdryer, ample sockets, usb ports at bedside. Shower was great with shower and hair wash. Breakfast is Buffet Continental. Fresh and plentiful. Less than 19 min walk to Ealing Broadway train/ tube station and 20-30 mins from central London. The area felt safe, is very busy with many eateries of all cuisines, a shopping mall and the walk to the station is along the main road that had many shops. Staff are a credit to this hotel. I will certainly return again.

The hotel may provide a laundry service for guests, or have details of the nearest cleaners. I don't remember there being a guest laundry. That would be unusual.
There are several laundromats nearby. One of them further along across the road (New Ealing Broadway) called Elegance. Do a google search (maps) for "launderette dry cleaners" for Ealing Broadway and they should show up.
There are more places to choose from in the London area.
