Tiny rooms, no window to open, the toilet is literally next to your bed. It's depressing. The view is excellent, but I really don't care. A normal room comes first, everything else is secondary and optional. Location is good though.

So, based on photos and word-of-mouth from friends, I was a little apprehensive on staying here, on account of the room being so… minimal. But after staying four nights with my partner, I would definitely stay here again. The room seemed very small at first, but after tucking the large suitcases under the bed in the big drawer, we had plenty of space to relax and not feel cramped. You definitely need to keep things as tidy as possible (no room to “sprawl out”) but the space is functional and enough to have a pleasant stay. Our view was amazing- overlooking the Tower of London and there is an Underground station literally attached to the building, around the corner to your left as you exit the hotel. There is also a mini-fridge to keep beer/wine/sodas, anything you want to keep cool during your stay. If you’re a techie, the whole room is controlled by an iPad mini that is next to the king-sized bed (lights, color, curtains/blinds, TV, etc). You can also control most, if not all from your phone once you download the app. The WiFi is very strong and seemed localized to just your room (this was our third, and last, country in Europe we visited and was by far the best WiFi). You can cast media from your iPad or phone as well using Chromecast which is very easy when following the directions on the room’s iPad. There are also wall buttons that control most functions and a traditional TV remote if iPads aren’t your thing. The location is great, especially if you want to visit the Tower of London; It’s a quick walk from the hotel. There are a good amount of restaurants within quick walking distance, and even a few small grocery shops to grab some essentials. Overall, a great experience. And be sure to visit the bar on the 7th floor if that’s your thing. Bartenders were very friendly. Card-only for payments, so make sure to bring some GBP notes to tip. All staff was friendly, check-in and check-out was super easy and self-sufficient, but there were always people there to help if needed. On a side note, if you plan to use the London Underground, I recommend downloading the “Tube Map - London Underground” app. It’s very helpful in letting you know when there are delays or closures and the best way to get to your destination. There’s a free with ads version, but even if only for a short trip, it’s $10 for a year’s worth of access. There are other ways to navigate but that was helpful for me. …

Perfect hotel for what you need in a really good location. Pricing was reasonable and the staff was really nice and helpful! Bed was super comfy, shower was spacious and the body was scent was amazing. We will definitely want to come back here!

It is in a super location directly above Tower Hill underground station. You get some incredible views of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge from the rooftop area. The hi-tech room was clean and funky and there was a good choice of breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights with no issues. The hotel is in a great location near the Tower of London. 1 minute walk to Underground. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were great, room was very modern and exceptionally clean.

Whilst the location is great and it looks all swanky this is not the hotel for mobility impaired people. The rooms are utterly unsuitable with terrible if not illegal layouts and bathrooms that are not fit for purpose for those of us who are disabled. Also the breakfast area just screams lack of thought for those of us in a wheelchair with inaccessible food and cutlery, a desperate lack of suitable seating and just an overall lack of consideration for independent wheelchair users

The rooms are a little small but well laid out apart from that the hotel is super cool with great amenities and a great roof top bar to chill out at with amazing views over some of the most historic parts of London on one side and the city on the other. It's also a location that is really well connected for all of London.
