Extremely rude staff. No water in my room (I was offered the use of a shared facility, with no refund of any sort, despite paying for an en-suite). In desperate need of air-conditioning (I barely slept due to the heat). Dirty. Seemed to have a lot of flys.

Directly opposite Kings Cross with fantastic views of both stations. I was on the 4th (top) floor. The lift only goes to the 3rd with a narrow staircase to the 4th. Great air con on the hottest 2 nights of the year so far. The main road is noisy but it's fairly quiet from 12 until 8am. Good bathroom with...

I had an interview in London one morning and decided to find a budget hotel for the night before rather than risking an early morning train. I chose to stay at the Kings Cross Inn, and assumed I would be spending the night somewhere a bit dog-eared and dirty. I was very pleasantly surprised! The day before my arrival, there...

After booking this hotel, I read the reviews and became very nervous about my visit. However, one thing I would suggest - don't listen to the bad reviews! We stayed here for 3 nights in a triple room. Whilst the rooms are on the small side, they were clean and had everything we needed. Plus, for £327 for 3 nights...

We arrived by train at Kings Cross railway station. The hotel is located directly opposite, so no hassle with bags on the underground. We went to the theatre in the evening hotel staff gave very good advise regarding the bus service. The room was basic but had everything we needed, hair dryer shower gel etc. Basic tea and coffee facilities...

We stayed in a family room the night before our early morning Eurostar to France and found it perfect. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. It was a bit cramped with 2 adults, 2 kids and 4 cases but not a problem. Good air con, plenty tea and coffee and lots of basic shower gel...

We booked this hotel late evening after our travel plans were disrupted by a delayed flight and cancelled trains. The location really couldn't be better for St Pancras International or Kings Cross. Although it is located next to a very busy road. The room was clean, and there was plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc, and shampoo/soap in the bathroom. The bed...

Just had an overnight stay here and was very disappointed, the staff where great but the over all look was very shabby and run down. I paid £155 for a double room which had a double bed and single bed crammed into a small room which was not what I paid for, the bathroom was adequate but small as well,...

This is a relatively cheap hotel for London. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. The air con in the room also worked very well.. It is a basic hotel that would serve well as a base to visit London but it is not a place of Luxury. You get what you pay for and this is a basic...
