Booked and stayed here for 2 nights. The room was filthy. Stained carpets, stained bedding, dirty bathroom. In fact filthy everywhere. Breakfast was mediocre and the orange juice was so watered down it was tasteless.

It started as soon as we got there. There were two guys sitting behind the counter, plus the Manager who was just walking about behind the reception desk. They did not look up, and they did not greet us When they did, the one dealing with us just asked for our name, found the reservation, and hand wrote a receipt....

We didn't expect much for £40 a night but we're pleasantly surprised. Special mention to all the front desk team always bright warm and helpful no matter what time :) We used the room purely as a crash pad overnights so ideal for us with the location and wide selection of restaurants very close,

Avoid at all cost, this hotel (or hostel) is grubby and the people working there treat customers really bad (it's obvious they hate their jobs). I travel for work all the time, I've been on all sort of hotels, this is the worst experience I've even had. I booked the hotel for a week, as it was the closest hotel...

No frills here, no shampoo or conditioner. Only 2 towels provided, both quite small. Wouldn't stay here for more than a couple nights, stains on wall, room does'nt feel fresh. No wifi unless you pay extra. Bed not the most comfy, pillows very thick. I was impressed by the continental breakfast, you can get an english breakfast although super greasy,...

We paid £129.00, via Booking.com, for a small double room that had a grubby bedspread, which the hotel wouldn't change despite a polite request to do so, a mattress with no mattress protector which was covered by a sheet too small to tuck in under the mattress. Only one working bedside light. The carpet had several stains on it and...

Just an overnight stay, very reasonable price, very clean and quiet room, nice decor, lots of nice little extras. Breakfast reasonable for the cost. Will use this hotel again for future events at the O2. Staff all very pleasant and helpful, absolutely nothing I could honestly complain about here.

Low lights: Everything looks very tired (carpets, furniture...). Needs an refurbishment ASAP. Breakfast was absolutely rubbish (no clean cutlery, glasses and cups were available, we had to wait for them to wash, coffee was a dirty water, very little food was available towards the end of breakfast). At 9.00 AM sharp all the food and drinks were cleared out, nothing...

We stayed for one night and had 2 rooms. Staff were lovely and polite, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Lovely continental breakfast with cereal, eggs, toast, cheese and ham, juices and tea/coffee. I'd definitely stay here again. The children enjoyed it too. Bus route 25 stops right outside the door and goes into London for...
