These people are thieves. Too many times the same thing happens to be a mistake. If you eat in then your order will probably be fine but if you want a takeaway then they will definitely steal from you. This has happened too many times to be a coincidence. If you order a takeaway they will definitely leave something out of the order so I conclude that the staff are either brain dead or more likely operating a scam. Don't use this place. Either incompetent or out and out thieves.

As at the date of this review, this hotel is being used to house homeless people. I was a single man travelling for work, but wouldn't advise anyone of a sensitive nature or travelling with family to stay here. I had a dirty room with no windows - I didn't think that was permissible nowadays. Throughout the night doors banging and people talking loudly. The smell of cannabis permeated throughout the hotel. Outside my room there was a very disturbing, loud and constant electrical buzzing. Together with this, being in a basement room and given people getting away with smoking in the hotel, it felt like a real fire hazard. Staff actually quite friendly, but the whole experience really put me off the franchise.

Thanks for having me in your hotel so that I can rest and see my mother in Bromley. The entire staff were so amazing. When I expressed my fear of the homeless "milling" around, I was reassured and the philanthropist nature why they are here explained. Great job! The virus that causing global havoc must stop one day. Hope to stay with you again.

We went to check in here first, the hotel security team weren’t wearing masks and people were in the reception areas shouting and joking with them. Don’t be fooled by the front of the hotel when inside it feels and looks like a horribly unsafe and dirty place. We stopped at reception, horrified by what we saw and thank goodness for the Hilton, they had a room available in Westminster. We left immediately only to find Best Western had charged us without authorisation and without even completing the check in process. I raised this with their customer service team and got an appalling response.

Small, windowless room - not sure if we should be using air con during COVID so we didn’t. Noisy, noisy people until 3am in nearby room, despite being asked to keep noise down. Also, there was a television on loudly somewhere and the noise travelled through the walls. When we told receptionist in the morning, she asked why we hadn’t rung reception - we would have done but there was no sign of a phone in the room.

I travel often to london so I have a long record of bookings in crappy hotels as I am on a low budget. So, when I booked this hotel I was expecting a dirty place with small rooms and useless/rude receptionists, but I was wrong: The hotel was a lovely victorian building, spotless, room size was ok, fast wifi, and not only that, the receptionist was amazing. Great discovery, would be back for sure. Totally recomended!

Good choice for a short stay in London. I liked the he hotel location (near my friends), and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, and buses to central London are frequent. I would definitely use again.

I booked this hotel for my friend who came to visit London. Because of Covid we thought it wouldn't be ok if he stayed with us, and he was happy to stay in this hotel: modern, affordable and near our house. He had a great time. Highly recommended!

We came visit a friend and this was the closest hotel. We were surprised because checking was smooth and friendly, room was spotless. Honestly for the price we paid we were not expecting such naively stay. Would definitively recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall I would say it's just an Ok hotel. Our room was very small but to be honest, we just used the room for sleeping and shower so it was enough for what we needed but to get where these rooms are, you have to cross the hotel, get into another building and go down stairs (no elevator) so walking all the distance and go down stairs with your luggage, is tiring. The hotel is far, far away from main attractions but there is a bus stop walking distance so you can get wherever you want because the public transportation is simply fantastic!! Decent breakfast is available at an extra cost. I would recommend this hotel only if you are planning to save money and if you don't mind about travel distances, otherwise I'll suggest to explore more options.
