This was probably the nicest way and place to finish my weekend trip from Ireland and first since Covid started away back in March 2020. Visited on a Sunday evening to meet a couple of friends whom I hadn't seen in person for so long share some drinks and catch up. The venue didn't disappoint truly stunning, a converted bank main hall which retained many of its original features. In the centre a band stand area with a band that was playing jazz/swing music and couples dancing. The music though didn't overtake the ability to have a chat with someone it provide a nice atmosphere and great to see live music back. Drinks didn't disappoint either the menu had a host of different options suitable for all budgets and they even allowed you order cocktails not on menu so myself and friends had mojitos probably nicest I have tasted in a while so refreshing. Service again everything you would expect from such a high end venue. The idea of my credit card been held behind bar took a little getting used to and was disconcerting to start with as I have never normal let such an item out if my sight. A special way to end a great trip. Will definitely be back

We stayed here for 3 nights and one of the big door ladies with ringlets was extremely rude. Her breathe was fowl and she had toilet roll hanging off her left shoe. I had to call the manager to let us into the establishment. Her eyebrows looks suspicious!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We visited for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. My husband is unwell and in a wheelchair and we found the place to be very accessible.Every member of staff was amazing and we were made to feel really welcome.Ed from the concierge was particularly helpful and he really ensured everything was just right for us.We left with lovely memories of a very special weekend and we can’t thank all the staff enough.

Spent a couple of hours here for drinks with friends. Very nice staff, good range of drinks with a lovely setting. We enjoyed the pianist and would definitely return. The restaurant area was busy and looked like an interesting place to dine.

Generally I’m a huge fan of the Ned, but they recently changed their rules which means that guests cannot use their laptops in the bars or restaurants on the main floor. One of the reasons I enjoyed the space was that I could bring clients / colleagues here, now that isn’t possible I no longer have a compelling reason to come. Staff are generally great, just a poor decision from the management
