Having previously stayed here before we decided to book for two nights for a short break in London. The location is absolutely perfect. 69 The Grove is situated in a small side road in Vauxhall which is calm and leafy, perfect for a good night sleep. A Charming bird's nest. This B&B is a delight haven and charming for anyone seeking tranquillity in a quiet part of London. It is not posh looking nor pretentious with expensive things dotted around but more like a home and you get that feeling as you walked in especially when you see the clothes drying on the radiators which reminds...

I like my cup of tea and the chocolate biscuits given to me on arrival. The nice atmosphere and care was kept up throughout my stay at this old Victorian house or I should...

My boyfriend and I stayed at 69TheGrove for an amazing weekend. The room was great and clean, the breakfast was to die for and the staff were very welcoming. The location is great and quiet but still close from transportation. The place to stay when in London!

We had a lovely weekend stay at this charming bed & breakfast. Kanley and his crew were friendly and accomodating from beginning to end. The rooms were modern and comfortable, but with all the charm of a traditional English home. We especially enjoyed the delicious English breakfast, served around a generous table with a view to the picturesque neighborhood through...
