    The Grove is situated in a quiet avenue of the Lambeth Road. The rooms are of a very high spec - with champers and choclate in the fridge. Latest TV, Ipod decks etc. The house was lovely and quiet with no late night party people...More

    The warm welcome in this B & B is fantastic. The staff is very helpful, They can't do enough for you. The breakfast is awesome. Fully recommend this place. will be back.

    69 the Grove is clean and well run. It is a 5 min walk from the tube station but I didn't find the Victoria line to be all that convienent, we were often having to change lines a time or two to see the sights....More

    I am going to start this by saying I have been to London a few times -I like London, I don't love London, mostly because it is not easy to find reasonable, clean, nice accommodation. All that has changed since we found 69 the Grove....More
