Pleasant stay at Ibis London Canning Town. Clean hotel room with a contemporary design. Although the hotel room is not very big, it’s practical and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast with great pastries. I particularly appreciated that two coffee machines are there to avoid long queues. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you to Federica, Magda, Sara, Curtis, Auguste, and F&B Tahir for making my pleasant stay in the hotel. I have stayed at many hotels in different international hotel chains all over the world. I would highly recommend Ibis London Canning Town.
This hotel's location is excellent right opposite the station.Great for visiting the 02. The staff here are a real asset to this company all of them I came in to contact with are very friendly & helpful.Very good breakfast.we also had lunch the day we arrived a delicious pizza.I hope to stay here again in the future.
Great hotel. Have stayed here twice now and have no complaints. Good location right opposite Canning Town station. Good value, nice clean rooms & staff go above and beyond. Would 100% recommend. Five stars.
Good and clean room. Nice personal touch with a handwritten card to welcome me (back). Came with a bag of crisps and a drink. Simple things make it a nice stay, as well as very friendly staff and a quick check in.
Booked this hotel to go and see ABBA Voyage and the location was right for us. After staying I have to stay wherever we come to London we will stay here again. Fabulous staff and customer service! Clean and extremely good value for money. Superb breakfast. Late checkout as standard. Well done to all at the IBIS Canning Town. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
Can't praise Ibis Canning Town highly enough. Very pleasant experience staying there. Lovely spacious room with king size big and air conditioned which was very handy as I was staying there during a very warm August Bank holiday weekend. Staff were lovely and pleasant. Lady checking me in on the Friday afternoon 26th August was very nice, friendly, and very pleasant indeed. Staff couldn't do enough for me always asking how I was and if I was enjoying my stay. Remote control for TV in my room was not working which was no big deal as I wasn't going to watch TV much anyway but when I mentioned this to the hotel staff they got the remote control replaced for me very quickly. The same as when I needed an iron for my clothes as they had creased in my bag. The iron was provided for me promptly. Breakfast was LOVELY with plenty of choice of traditional English breakfast, cereals, fruits etc... There was a bar for guests to use too but as I was going out most of the time I can't really comment on this part of the hotel's hospitality. All in all I cannot recommend Ibis Canning Town highly enough. I visit London every year during August Bank Holiday weekend and I would LOVE to have stayed at Ibis Canning Town again but I've already checked and rooms available at this hotel for same time next year are slightly out of my price range. But lovely hotel and would definitely stay there again. I have stayed at an Ibis in Nottingham previously too and I am highly impressed by the Ibis chain...…
I told the hotel it was mine and my boyfriends anniversary and they made the room look very nice with chocolates and flowers it made the day very special and we loved it. Staff were all kind and were all happy to help. Being a member got us 2 free drinks for usage anytime during our stay. Was a really good location to the underground especially as we needed to go to the O2.
Staying for the Brian cox evening at the 02 bought as a present after a long 2year wait due to covid! the ibis was Easy to find, we didn’t want to us the underground and we weren’t in a hurry to get there, so we caught the Uber boat from Waterloo to North Greenwich and then the London cable car over to the other side, it was a really nice relaxing way to travel to the hotel, and it’s about an 10minutes walk from the cable cars! Canning station is directly opposite aswell as a bus station (which we didn’t know) On arrival we were warmly welcomed and given our keys, the room was lovely and clean (some building works going in next door but you didn’t hear them) Bathroom was clean and tea/coffee facilities were topped up and ready to use, the hotel placed a cake/balloons and a card ready which I thought was a lovely gesture and we got a free drink front the bar. The O2 is one stop away from canning station so very easy to get to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a lot of variety available. Definitely recommend this hotel the staff are very kind and helpful, and we will stay again if we visit london. :-)…
Cozy and friendly atmosphere. Good food. Chiefs of staff - Tahir and Magdalena - took care of everyone as we all were VIPs!. Quick check in / out - we were allowed to our rooms 2 hours earlier! Convenient connection with all London so super location for sightseeing. I will be back!
