Stayed here for two days visiting London. Fantastic place, all necessary items are available. What really struck is the friendliness, warmth and engaging atmosphere of the people working here; all under the leadership of the Manager Giorgio. He himself is a fantastic character and the heart and soul of the place. Walking distance to the tube.

Stayed with mmy young family for 3 nights during half term. Property is in a quiet road in South Kensington about 5 mins walk from Earls Court tube and near to many restaurants. Marks and Spencers Food is 2 mins walk away on and adjacent road. It's a 15 min walk to the Natural History and Science museum from the...

These apartments were in a great location - 2 min walk to Earls Court tube station, 20mins walk to Natural History Museum, M&S simply food and boots and the end of the street. Check in was easy, managed to get into the rooms at 12pm. We booked a Deluxe Suite for the 4 of us (2 couples) through Booking.com but...

We booked an apartment-room at the Kensington Presidential. It was a standard suite "lower ground level" meaning basement and although there were windows and a patio area in the unit it was too small for 4 people. if you don't want a basement room you should check before booking. Fortunately they had a another room available for us. We changed...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your review. Since 2015 we did change the classifications of our studios, apartments and suites. We currently have three types of suites: Executive, Deluxe and Presidential with balcony. All of them are allocated on higher floors, each Presidential Suite has balcony also. Lower category would be One bedroom apartments which are being allocated...

I have chosen Presidential Apartments for my last 4 visits to London. Apartment is well-equipped (love the convenience of washer/dryer). Shops and restaurants are in immediate vicinity. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Earl's Court Underground station provides fast access from Heathrow and gateway to central London.

My family and I stayed here during my PhD graduation, and my parents had come from overseas so we were looking forward to staying at what looked like some quite luxurious serviced apartments. The suite was spacious and seemed well-kept. The first night, however, our stay became very unpleasant. At 3:30 am we discovered bed bugs on the sofa bed...

I stayed in the Presidential serviced apartments UK ,London, Kensington.for 3 weeks during this summer. It isn't my first time, as I had also stayed in one of their suites a few years earlier. Their service definitely did not change, as it really rose to my expectations. The cleaning is very thorough, and the rooms come with a fully equipped...

Stayed 4 nights with husband and 2 full-grown teenage sons. Having read many mixed reviews of this place on multiple sites before our trip, I arrived with many worries. I emailed the staff several times before traveling, questioning why their newly revised website now shows photos of executive studio under their description of executive suites. We had booked the suite...

We have stayed in this apartment complex many times since it was opened about six or seven years ago. Firstly for the good bits, it is modern, close to the Earls Court railway station (direct access to Heathrow Airport on the Piccadilly Line), and is relatively quiet by London hotel standards. Unfortunately there are a number of negatives. The units...

We Came here for my birthday for the weekend. Great apartments in a quiet area. Our room was a suite with fridge oven microwave. Seperate bedroom to living room. Very clean. Good bathroom. Staff at reception very friendly. It's just round the corner from the tube. Will definitely use again.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
