Booked this place in February 2016, arrived at the hotel on a wet Sunday evening, walked into the room, looked around for a few minutes and left immediately...its that bad! I left checking out and paying the bill to avoid confrontation with the staff, the pictures on their website must be if a different hotel!

We stayed here for one night. We arrived upstairs to the top apartment, it was smaller than the picture online and stunk of smoke. Me and my husband are both non-smokers and it did make us feel uncomfortable. We had the window open all night, on a busy London road so that was then very noisy. The bathroom was so...

Initial room uninhabitable. At top of building, smelly, holes in wall, no light in bedroom except above bed which was down steep internal steps. Entry area precarious with sloping floor where stairwell below intruded. No means to switch on tv, kitchen cupboard hazardous and non compliant. Moved to larger basement room - possibly one of refurbished rooms. Bigger but unsafe...

Stayed there for a night while going to a show. First impression was everything needed cleaning, decorating, ripping out or burning! Thing is, it's my last impression too! But, it's not all bad, room was fair size, bed sheets and covers were clean and location to Earls Court road and Kensington High Street is excellent. But, like most things in...

This room was smaller than a child's size shoe box. I could not believe that this was actually my room! Just false advertising, plain and simple!! I am not kidding. The pictures posted by the hotel were beautiful, and the room I had was no more than 3 feet (1 meter) wide, and 10 feet (3 meters) long (and that...

Stayed with my home-mate, just for 2 nights in January. We received a twin flat, with a kitchen corner, the bathroom was clean, this is the most IMPORTANT thing! but I'm a receptionist in a hotel in Milan, there so much to improve, trust me: -at the check-in time nobody tell us nothing, we need to ask everything, check-out time,...

They kept a copy of my card details which i was not happy about doing, as I had already paid in full and there was no additional services to pay for. I was concerned at this, but it was clear they would not allow me to check in unless I did so. After my stay I emailed asking for the...
