We stayed here as a family of five when our 18 year old son ran the London Marathon. I arrived on Friday night with one daughter and our son met us there. The check in process was straightforward and took no time. Rooms were beautifully clean. My husband and younger daughter joined us on the Saturday. Location was fantastic - a five minute walk to Waterloo station, a couple of minutes to handy local shops (M&S Simply Food, Starbucks etc) and ten seconds from Westminster Bridge - perfect for the ‘walk home’ after the marathon. Pool was clean, room service was quick and requests were dealt with quickly - even a random request for greaseproof paper at 10pm on Saturday night was met within 5 minutes (I’d forgotten to iron my son’s name on his running vest and housekeeping delivered a piece to the room). All in all, a great break. We will definitely be back!

Hotel's Favourite
What a hotel ! We stayed here last year for my birthday and loved it. We had a slight hiccup and we were advised if we stayed again we could have an upgrade. We decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary here and I contacted Caroline in guest services. We had an amazing room overlooking Big Ben and Westminster Bridge and some bubbly which totally made our stay. So thank you very much for sorting this out Caroline. The location of this hotel is just perfect. ALL of the staff are incredibly attentive and so helpful. Breakfast is buffet style and very nice. Not sure if the hotel was full or not but we never had to wait for lifts or anything. We will certainly be staying here again but unfortunately may not get the superb view again !!!

Possibly one of the best UK hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, polite and friendly staff, breakfast was amazing, our hotel room was wonderful. Our room had a small sink station with the kettle, plus a microwave and mini fridge. I thought this was great, especially travelling with young children!! Our two young children (8yrs and 10yrs) were provided with a small double bed sized pull out sofa and their own TV. It’s a stones throw from Waterloo station, the London eye, and the glaringly obvious - House of Parliament. We tried to get a reservation in the Brassiere Joel but sadly it was fully booked! We can’t wait to revisit London and return to this hotel.

Stayed for one night whilst attending a function at county hall. A well positioned hotel, a minutes walk from Waterloo and the south bank. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped - Elemis toiletries in the bathroom. No noise from outside to disturb sleep. Had a drink in the bar and ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast - a reasonable choice and the dinner particularly was good (although there are plenty of off site options nearby!) Would return for both business and leisure trips

Ideally situated in the heart of London. Moments away from access to Waterloo and Westminster underground services, bus stops right outside the hotel. We stayed in Studio room (2 adults and a teenager) which was spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly, helpful and quick to deal with requests.
