Stayed for Christmas l, arrive by train at Waterloo so the location is perfect for me, I was upgraded to a family suit which was extremely kind. The hotel feels high end without the high end price tag, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The staff very helpful and friendly. The pool feels luxurious and is a great temperature. Breakfast was buffet style the plates were heated so your breakfast stayed warm and an egg station, so the eggs are cooked fresh to order, I personally would rather have everything cook to order, I’m sure that way there would be a lot less waste. I would like to see something happening in the area that used to be used for the executive lounge, I always liked to use it. It’s a great space with lovely views of Big Ben and Westminster bridge. Such a waste. My last three stop overs at this hotel left doubts about staying again, (July 21, the tennis event stopped us using the hotel to its full potential. August 21, there was an awful smell in our room, which I reported and was told someone from the hotel would contact me they didn’t. September 21, due to COVID restrictions the pool numbers are restricted which meant our party of seven on this occasion could not swim together as they couldn’t fit us in) but this time it redeemed itself, the hotel was clean, we felt welcomed, and I really enjoyed staying here for Christmas, I’m so glad I give it another chance.…

I have stayed here with my partner and loved every second of my stay. The staff was amazing and made me feel like at home. The room was very spacious with a wonderful view over Westminster Bridge. I will definitely be back!

Good business trip Park plaza was a wonderful stay. The staff are attentive, helpful and speedy. Mgrioul(?) from reception was very good,and kind, I had an absolutely wonderful time and everybody at the hotel ensured my partners birthday was a fantastic experience.

We stayed for one night for our business trip and to was a really good stay. We have booked a suite with Big Ben view and I can assure you that the view is worth every penny. A huge thank you to Michaela Zolton and Guest Relation team to help with payment links and smooth check in. Hope to stay again soon.

Best location, i would recommend for sure. Styed here for a short business trip and everything was great. Every staff was kind and helpful. I cannot fault anything. Will return for sure and will ask my colleagues to chose this place once in London

Great location, lovely service, massive rooms, lots of facilities. nothing is 'cheap' in central London, but its not too bad for value. Excellent location, at the end of Westminster bridge, in sight of Big Be, London Eye, close to trains (Waterloo) and tubes (Waterloo, Lambeth, Westminster) Room was massive, with a lounge area, big windows looking out towards York Rd and The Eye, I didn't eat here so can't comment on that. Staff were friendly, professional, helpful, efficient. Would be pleased to stay again!

Just look for that guy! He’s in the lounge late night. Made my stay with my girlfriend extraordinary. This hotel prides itself on great hospitality and it did not disappoint. Great location, staff and the most comfortable bed.

Wow, what a wonderful stay. My husband and I stayed at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge for 3 nights. The hotel is near many famous attractions. We ate breakfast every morning looking at Big Ben and The Parliament. Everything is in walking distance (Nice Restaurants, Attractions, The Underground). The rooms are clean. The hotel offered rewards if we maintained our room (bottle of wine, restaurant voucher, or hotel points). The free breakfast was great (eggs, breakfast meats, many breads and pastries, juices and fruits, yogurts, and varieties of coffee). We ate at the hotel's restaurants. Good food at both. We enjoyed the pool and spa after a day of sightseeing. If you are in London, stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
