This hotel is in a great location , walking distance to many attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Onsite bar ,sushi restaurant and coffee shop. The staff was very helpful and the rate was reasonable.
Great location: walking distance to places like Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, even Buckingham Palace (via Birdcage Road). Next to London Eye and London Dungeons. Many good restaurants nearby. And in short walking distance to two underground (tube) stations. It’s also on the Original Tours hop-on...More

I stayed there with my family. Located just a block from the London eye, parliament, and big Ben.
The included breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Staff were fríendly. Rooms were comfortable. In all, this hotel is a great value for the price.
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and
festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
That will be quite a journey ! The best way to go will IMHO be via Taxi / Uber you could go by tube best route with bags to avoid stairs as best you can would be Victoria and Jubilee Lines and change at Green Park to... More
That will be quite a journey ! The best way to go will IMHO be via Taxi / Uber you could go by tube best route with bags to avoid stairs as best you can would be Victoria and Jubilee Lines and change at Green Park to Waterloo - it would then involve a 10 minute walk from Waterloo good luck !

They are I understand a genuine company though one of the much smaller players in the market. I personally would not use them as would not be sure of the guarantees and stick to the bigger companies like Expedia and Trivago etc. This being a London hotel and part of the big chain you can often get good deals by contacting them direct and haggling a little - by phone is best or email
