Be warned you will be asked for an additional £50 deposit when you arrive and this will take days to be refunded. Very unhelpful staff, and difficult to hear/understand. Beautiful rooms, but ultimately a very disappointing experience.

Not impressed at all even though I had stayed there before. Not impressed at all ! Room was beyond bog standard with just a bar of soap in the bathroom. And the basics. I didn’t remember it being that basic.

Very good hotel. Handy location near Southwark tune and easy walk across the bridge. Modern rooms. Usual Hoxton hotel work/stay vibe. Great rooftop restaurant/bar which seems to attract insta crowd taking selfie's. Decent cocktails. Breakfast pretty good if unambitious. Good option if you are staying in the City. Staff all helpful.

This was a night away for a special ocassion for my Mum and I. It wasn't cheap but we went for it as we were excited to stay in a hotel vs air bnb/self catering accommodation. We arrived back to the hotel after dinner for a nightcap at 23.32 to be refused and told the bar closes at 23.30. The bar was still full and the bartender was still in full flow making cocktails. I thought this was really poor form from a central London hotel of this calibre and really felt that there was no advantage in being a hotel guest at this property. Not worth the money.
