Firstly, the stuff of the hostel are very pleasant people and they helped me a lot during my vacation. They gave me information, cheap tickets to musicals and friendly smiles. Secondly, the location is good. quiet, good restaurants in the area and close to a tube station= life were easy. I stayed in the bedroom with 13 other beds, but...

I was in a 10-beds room. I have no complains. The hostel is very clean, worth the money and in a good location. A simple but tasty breakfast was also included. The personal was very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at Palmers Hillspring very often. The hostel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are nice, they have proper lockers to put your stuff in, it's a short walk from the Willesden Green tube station, continuous free tea/coffee and drinking water provided, bathrooms and toilets are also very clean. I feel the main improvements need to be the...

My daughter and I had a double room with ensuite bathroom (room #7 in the basement). It was comfortable and clean and a good price. Good, well-balanced but simple breakfast. I liked the neighborhood - many places to eat and not too far a slog into London Centre. Only suggestions: clean the shower drains more often so they will drain...

I couldn't decide between a Good rating and an Excellent rating, but was tipped into Excellent due to the friendliness and helpfulness of some of the staff. This hostel is used by large school / youth groups - my only suggestion for change would be that there should be a policy that their group leaders stay in the same corridors...

Nice enough but too small for 4 beds. One guest was a terrible snorer. Kitchen staff had one who had a real attitude problem, very surly and noisy. Seemed to be throwing everything around the kitchen. Breakfast not a pleasant experience. The school parties were abominably noisy and rude. Loud conversations right outside my room door.Maybe a sequestered area for...

I booked a female only room, but the first thing I saw coming into the room was a naked guy laying in one of the beds. I got over it, made my bed, and tried to go to sleep. The 4 person room was very, very tiny, and extremely hot. Even though the window was open, it felt like a...

Having never stayed in a hostel before we really didnt know what to expect. With four adults and one child we had two rooms, a four bunk and a twin with en-suite. From our arrival until we left we couldn't praise Palmers Lodge enough. Perfect for families, and we will certainly come back here. London is difficult to do on...

Great little hostel, a bit out of town, but easy enough to get to by tube (Jubilee line, and very near to the station). We have a private double room, which was quiet and comfy. The bar was cool, cheapest pints I've ever seen in London, good atmosphere and chat, pool table was class. Breakfast is included, but it's only...

My family and me stayed in a private room with 4 beds. Excellent location, only 15 minutes to London by metro. Safe rooms with magnetic key and lockers. Helpful staff, clean facility and hearty breakfast. Funny common rooms with nice decor. Good value for money, we had everything we needed. We would definitely return!
