what do you say after staying at this hotel? my wife booked this as a surprise birthday as I have always wanted to stay here , even before it was restored the building was striking ,but now it is a beacon that dominates the whole area, sometimes you see something or somewhere and you long to try it out only... Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Had a suite on the 1st floor overlooking the EuroStar station. It did get a little loud at times, the room service food wasn't fantastic and the lounge isn't really worth the money unless you're a big drinker( they have wine and liquor but food is basically snacks). Spa seemed nice but had... More

My 16 year old daughter selected this hotel for our trip to London and she couldn't have chosen better. As a Platinum status we had access to the Booking Office and Chambers Club for both. They were both great. We loved the tea in the Chambers Club and really loved everything about the hotel. I hope to return sometime in... More

I have stayed here a few times over the last few years and have always stayed in a Chambers Suite which are amazing and also have the Chambers Lounge as a bonus. As I was on my own I didn't feel I could justify the price of a Chambers Suite so stayed in a Barlow Room. Obviously you don't get... More

Have wanted to stay here for over a decade and finally had the opportunity when planning my trip to see Lazarus in the nearby theatre. Check in fab, lovely warm welcome, lobby fantastic. Room basic enough and nothing special, although the shower was fabulous. The delight of this hotel are the public areas, but do use the Booking Office bar... More

With flying anywhere now being the modern equivalent of several nights being hosted by the Inquisition, where feasible we travel by train. From the UK this means Eurostar and that means a night or two in the St Pancras Renaissance. We’ve stayed with them on several occasions but this time we’d booked our son and his other half - who... shout out to the guys in reception at the St Pancras Hotel at 10.30 last night. I missed my last train and they were the second hotel I'd tried to get a room in. They were fully booked but phoned two other hotels, not part of their group, and finally booked me in at somewhere nearby. Wow. Damsel in distress... More

Stayed here for 2 nights as a treat for my railway mad husband's birthday. Booked a Suite in the Chambers wing as I wanted a view of the station platform, knowing he would have been thrilled with this. Taken to a third floor suite and unfortunately did not get the view I wanted. I had assumed all Chambers wing suites... More

As noted by other travelers, the modern (less expensive) rooms in the Barlow wing are fine, but you feel like your are staying in a chain hotel that happened to be attached to an incredible historic building. I also found the odd odor in the corridor from the lovely lobby to the elevators to be offensive -- there are swinging... More

If you are either waiting to catch a train from St Pancras or waiting to meet people off a train, this is a good place to stop for a drink, food or snacks. Friendly staff guide you to a table in this incredibly-designed interior bar-restaurant. A well-endowed wine list will keep you occupied for a few minutes before you decide.
