A lovely hotel right in the middle of London's shopping center just a few yards from Oxford circus. You can't get closer than that. The rooms were spacious and the bed were super fine. The Service were excellent. We had our breakfast both in our room and in the restaurant, either way it was super good and a lot of...

When I saw the £400+ prices for a room at the Langham on tripadvisor, I googled and got a B&B room for £256 from low cost holidays travel agency online. I wrote the hotel via its online contact page to let them know we had chosen the Langham to celebrate our (double digit) wedding anniversary and hoped for a complimentary...

Lovely room, excellent service, the best door staff in London. Concierge bent over backwards to help us. The health club was excellent and the pool very child friendly. Excellent breakfast served by charming staff. Less of a stay, more of an experience.

We visited the Langham Hotel as we were to see a show at the Palladium, which is only a ten minute walk away. We were greeted by a charming, helpful and friendly Man, who dealt with us efficiently and professionally. Our room was delightful, the breakfast was delicious and we had a lovely time at this great Hotel

Our first time here at The Langham, we stayed one night. Beautiful building and a grand reception area. Check in was excellent with very helpful & polite staff. Our room was beautiful if a bit small. Lovely cotton sheets and very comfortable bed. Air con set far too cold for us but was easily rectified. We had an early evening...

This was our second stay at the Langham. It is beautiful, understated and elegant. We found the air con in our room a little on the noisy side. Choices of cold food at breakfast were a bit limited, but hot food was very good. These were our only complaints. Everything else about the Langahm was memorable, in a very good...

We stayed at the Langham for 6 nights in adjoining rooms with our kids. Despite a Tube strike and Wimbledon, the hotel remained a quiet oasis. The rooms were beautiful. While not extremely large, they functioned much better than our other hotel rooms of the trip (in other cities) and remained far less cluttered. The beds are incredible. The staff...

Stayed at the Langham club room and it's a disaster, found rubbish right under the chair and there's a big piece of dirt on the conditioner. Why would the hotel expect a guest to pay GBP 600+ per night in such a dirty room? Am so not going to come back while I just don't expect to be paying that...

Dear Grace K, Once again our most sincere apologies for the fact that you found a piece of paper under the chair in your bedroom and that there was a stain on the bottle of conditioner in your bathroom when staying at the hotel. These are absolutely not the level of housekeeping cleanliness standards for which we wish to be...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
