Travellers' Choice
The Savoy is the only luxury hotel on the River Thames. The ballet, opera, and theatre of vibrant Covent Garden are just steps away, with the City, world-renowned museums and galleries, and the designer shopping of Knightsbridge and Mayfair within easy reach. The Savoy has been woven into the fabric of London for almost 130 years, with exceptional service and memorable experiences at the heart of everything. Our team have been working hard to prepare for our guests and have implemented a range of measures to look after your well-being, but one thing remains a constant – the warmth of our Savoy welcome.

Arriving at The Savoy in London exceeded our expectations! The hotel decor and festive spirit was bright and cheerful while remaining elegant and distinguished. The entire staff of the hotel, from the doormen to the desk to the incredible team of concierge members is simply the best we've ever experienced. There was a real feeling of sincerity and warmth, making us feel at home. The quick and efficient way all of our requests were met also made us feel pampered and prioritized. The rooms were clean and spacious. Being guests during the holiday time was an experience our family will not forget! Utilizing the amazing Concierge staff was so helpful for our trip. I began contacting them before we arrived and they helped us set up many tours and dining reservations. Every single person on the team was knowledgable and did everything they could to accommodate us in a personalized and sincere way.

Hotel's Favourite
Arrived at the Savoy with high expectations. The hotel was very pretty inside & out. All the staff was supper friendly & efficient. Door & reception was supper helpful with all the demands we put on them with a knowledge with a ability to get things done. The room was different to what I expected as it felt very quaint & personal. Not hotel chain feel I get staying in most hotels. The room & bathrooms are large being very clean with beautiful décor. We had a dinner at the grill with great food & a great experience of eating. Thierry from the Savoy Grill took us around the restaurants & hotel on a little tour of what we might of miss & should try. The highlight of our stay. So thankful for his time. In the morning we went down to the very large Savoy breakfast, a must if staying here. This was for our anniversary & they really did make it special. I can not recommend enough.

We had such a lovely stay at the Savoy for my birthday. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough for us to help us have a great time. Margot on the front desk was amazing! We had dinner at the River restaurant which was also fantastic with lovely service. Then evening cocktails in the American bar rounded off the night nicely. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel lobby is lovely classic London and the service was top notch, particularly the concierge staff. We stayed in deluxe king rooms that haven’t been renovated. While clean, they were somewhat shabby. The River Restaurant was wonderful. The hotel is convenient and within walking distance of most of the theaters and lovely Convent Garden shops and restaurants, however the Strand is a bit seedy at night and there isn’t much of interest there.
