Excellent treatment best of service and staff were so helpful and extremely cordial. We were not very satisfied with room allocated and they simply upgraded us at no cost. Breakfast was so rich and duty managers were there always to assist and support.

Just spent the most wonderful weekend in this hotel, the team are amazing, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with every little detail thought through. The restaurants and bars are fun and interesting with delicious foods and pastries, everything was an absolute joy, we cannot wait to go again.

I travel a lot for business to 5 star hotels, even sometimes you may encounter issues sometimes: from the internet speed, the cleaning, getting an HDMI connection, the food, but here… all is just perfect!!

Great hospitality. Belgravia room was great. We got a cot for our daughter. Breakfasts were delicious. Staff were great - concierge had a coffee waiting for me for our 5:30am car pickup. Cedric Grolet is fantastic. Would definitely return.
