This is a gorgeous little hotel. The room I stayed in was a standard and was small, with the bathroom even smaller. I didnt mind at all but others might. The rooms were quiet, staff was brilliant and beds comfortable. Walking distance to markets, hotels, shops and underground (all about 5-10 min away) I think if you were to stay...

We stayed on a Monday night in December. Received a really warm welcome. We had a better room in the attic but next time would probably upgrade as the sloped ceiling was quite a pain. However, not sufficient to reduce to 5 stars as the staff, ambience, ultra comfy bed, great finishing touches, fresh as you like croissants at breakfast,...

We were supposed to be in an Exceptional room, NOT on the lower or ground floors and had specifically requested this through a booking agent. so I was more than annoyed to discover our Exceptional room was on the ground floor, room 6. I looked at it but it was dark and unattractive with overgrown shrubbery right up to the...

Great location in a funky upscale neighborhood. Staff is very helpful, discreet, and efficient. Stayed in a "good" room and it was a bit tight. We weren't in the room much anyway - comfortable bed. I'd recommend a "better" room and above. This will be my go to place in future London trips.

My husband booked this as a surprise for my birthday and I was not disappointed. We had a lovely large room with a big bath tub in the room - how decadent. Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
