Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a little small, but the bathroom was quite spacious and had a separate shower and large tub. The bed was a little too hard for our liking however. Daily housekeeping and turndown service were superb. We also tried the restaurant (Eneko) which served very inventive dishes. Breakfast was superb. The pool was also...

Booked a one night hotel and spa package for husband's birthday - we were looking forward to a relaxing weekend away from the stresses of work and parenting 3 young adorable active toddlers. Firstly the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. They also left a small bottle of champagne and brownie (though we were told it would be a...

Walking over Waterloo Bridge on a beautiful sunny early evening. Flawless and conscientious service from the moment we crossed the threshold, you feel so looked after..... the drinks menu explained - we chose a delicious summer gin infusion which was presented beautifully in a wheel with infused fruits. Solicitous service followed with generous amounts of olives and savoury snacks. We...

I had a wonderful stay here... My only complaint is that I thought the rooms would be larger than they were......But other than that, the hotel is a first-rate establishment.. I can recommend it highly..

A fine hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who looked after us very well. Special mention must be made of (and thanks to) Ivo in the Lobby Bar, who was particularly charming. We hope to return.

This was my third stay at the hotel. Great location and great facilities. Best gym and pool in London. Also, the concierge (Chris) and all the staff at the Front Desk was flawless. Incredible experience.

Returned here after a break of many years and found it just as good. The location couldnt be better if you need a base for a theatre trip. The rooms are very small but very well appointed. The staff are pleasant. The pool is lovely and a rarity in central London. I enjoyed my breakfast, too.
