Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff, breakfast was great but it's very expensive and not worth the cost. I paid for four nights and wanted to check out early due to another meeting and could was told that I couldn't

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip and was very impressed by the service here. From the moment you step in the door you are made to feel welcome. The facilities are as you would expect from this standard of hotel but I think the consistent high standard of service really sets them apart and the team should...

Well where should I start. The whole experience was a pleasure fropm start to finish. As every year we always eat out Christmas Day for lunch with the family. We have the past few years struggled with places and this year we were all at loggerheads of where we wanted to go. I have had the afternboon tea here a...

No words to describe the superlative experience at this LHW hotel. Superb service, impeccable everything. Keep it up one Aldwych team. I had early morning fight from LGW today and breakfast opens at 630. I only had to mention this and the reception arranged a full breakfast for me room service at 6 am. I am touched by their service...

Took advantage of a winter special - 7 nights for the price of 5 - and it was both a bargain and a pleasure. All staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Of particular note were excellent housekeeping, front door and breakfast room staffs. Great location, I'll be back.

Had somebody ripped my stroller hand luggage in any other situation you would normally have punched them, but in a five star hotel they insist.... But that's about where the 5-star feeling ends, except pricing. Was upgraded to an Executive Room due to early arrive, and the gesture is much appreciated, but to be honest I don't think the room...

Amazing afternoon tea here. The staff are so friendly and the food is so well thought out and tastes as good as it looks. We could have as much of anything as we would like . Which wasn't a lot coz it was very filling. The Charlie cocktail was a surprise in itself ( worth getting over the champagne for...

Always enjoy my visits to One Aldwych and the professional service I receive. I really enjoyed the mulled white wine! Every aspect of my overnight stay was first rate. Just wish I'd been able to spend longer enjoying breakfast. Thank you to the doorman who, very patiently, got me a cab which were in short supply with the tube strike.

My second visit to One Aldwych. Greeted with helpful friendly staff and a nothing seemed too much trouble. Lovely quiet room as requested and a very comfortable stay. My previous visit I used the spa and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a non chlorine pool which I really enjoy unfortunately not enough time to enjoy this facility but recommend...
