Small room and a narrow bed. Breakfast on av tray outside the room. Å prisoner would not have eaten that. I have never experienced anything like Pavilion. Do not stay Here! If you are lonely and not a big person its okay

After a few years I had to do a double stop over in central London so I thought I'd try The Pavilion again. The place had changed a bit since my last stay so I spent each of my two nights in one of their re-styled rooms. Once again interesting and unusual & for the price a bargain. Plenty of... More

We loved this hotel at first. We got Highland swing room which was absolutely fantastic in terms of atmosphere, all Scottish and that. The bathroom was super tiny but fairly clean and ok as long as you weren't planning on spending long in there. The staff were ok, very friendly but sometimes oblivious to the guests' needs (disappearing in the... More

Staff polite which surprised me after other reviews...... room tiny I think the bathroom was once the fitted wardrobe as there was no room to move in there...... the beds were old and the matress springs were sticking out..... I think the bed linen belonged to Henry viii . No bulb in one of the over the bed lights...... this... More

On arrival there was a fleet of cars including 2 parked lamborghini's outside which gave an great impression. Upon walking in we were greeted after knocking for 8-10 minutes, the place wasn't too warm or welcoming. I would expect more for a hotel with so much hype. The staff were friendly but not too well trained or professional. When we... More

Nightmare rules that are not advertised when you book the hotel: 1) when you go out the hotel you must leave keys in the reception. However be ready when you arrive back for the receptionist to be gone or have gone to the shops for 15 minutes or more so you will have to wait outside the hotel because the... More

We stayed here for one night in July. The hotel is truly amazing - the quirkiest place I've ever visited. We stayed in the Indian Summer room. It was beautifully decorated, very over the top but totally in keeping with the name of the room. The walls were covered in dark pink and gold wall paper. The bed is a... More

We had a room on the top floor which we treated as an adventure! I was taken with the beautiful doors and windows all coloured glass on the way up. Very nice room light and airy. Comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. There was a shower but no holder on the wall. This didn't bother us as we prefer... More
