Terrible, the first room we was put in was so far underground was ridiculous,no lift to it spent 10 minutes going up and down stairs trying to find it. Once inside it smelt of damp and was musky. It was ment to be a double, it was two beds pushed together and was so small that you couldn't open the...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and did not experience any problems. For the price the service was very good and a lot better than other hotels I've been to within the same price range. The room was very warm and had a good heater/fan. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows. The duvet could have been thicker but...

Me & my friends went for a birthday weekend away, had children come visit us & rooms were dangerous with wires hanging out, window seal collected water from windows, paint work pealing off the walls, an iron burnt mark on the floor, the key cards stopped working had to keep going to reception nearly 5 times a day about them...

The stay at the hotel was OK. We just slept there and it was clean. We had a refurbished room and it looked very nice and modern. The only bad thing was: we could hear everything that was going on in the corridors.

We only stayed one night at this place. The car park is far too small especially the individual spaces which however careful you are you could scratch someone's door! We checked in and then tried to find somewhere to eat. Not knowing the area that well it took a couple of hours just to find a Macky 'D'S. Got back...

A friend and I shared a superior Twin Room. The beds were clean and comfortable and although the room was basic, it more than met our needs for an overnight stay. The shower room was clean with plentiful hot water. The hotel is in a good location for getting into Central London and there are plenty of good eateries nearby....

Please do not even think of booking here! For you and your family's sake. I have been traveling around the different places and this is the worst hotel I have been to. The place has dirty old smelly carpet all over, sinks are clogged, bathroom fixtures seem to have been there for ages without any repairs or maintenance, the doors...

The room was clean and basic. Lovely area and not far from public transport. Was frustrating because the key card would often not work. Staff were friendly. You could pay for wifi but we didn't bother.

Every other night our key card stops working, and despite this NOTHING CHANGES. Security came one night, tried it and it didn't work for them, yet the other night they send up this manager (?) and he blames me for using the key card wrongly...AND IT STILL STOPS WORKING THE NEXT NIGHT. Cleaners don't clean, and I'm missing a knife...
