The good things are: location and the staff are really good. Also the breakfast is good enough for the price. It's safe, there is always a security. On the other hand I think it's a huge list of bad things. I stayed at room 37. The shower was broken, you only have two options: very hot or very cold. The... More

The location is perfect, no doubt about it. When you land at Stansted the National Express coach will take you almost to the hotel - very convenient. The Paddington Station is five minute walk (stroll). The staff very friendly and helpful. Heating fully operational, which I appreciate much. Bedsheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. On the downside -... More

I stayed only one night, however, accommodations were great. Rooms were nice, clean, quiet, with in-room showers. My only issue was location was not easy to find, but this was no fault of hostel. There is even some parking, although limited.

Having stopped at plenty of hostels I knew what to expect - no frills, just somewhere clean to sleep, but while it was clean the whle place was really disorganised. It took well over an hour to check in as the one lady on the desk battled through language barriers and poorly advised travellers who didn't have all the documentation... More

Ideally located for many London landmarks. Buckingham Palace & The Natural History Museum are 25 mins walk. Hyde Park is a short stroll. Paddington Tube Station is a 10 min walk with some pubs and restaurants on the way. Clean, good value for money, with friendly staff.

I spend in this hostel 5 nights. The staff was very friendly, rooms and bathroom clin, good breakfast, great location, everything was very nice. The only minus is lack of free wifi in rooms (the signal was minimum). For Sure i will come back there with pleasure.

Location OK near Paddington Station in the heart of London. Fast and easy access to the London underground. Small room, bunk beds. Small bathroom. Good shower. Simple breakfast. Wifi downstairs but not in room. Ideal for schools and young adults. Quite expensive for a hostel, but probably cheap compared to other facilities in the same neighbourhood.

Nothing to get excited about. Location is ok a 5/10 minute walk from Paddington but have stayed in hostels closer to the centre & tube stations fornthe same price. You get charged £1 extra to pay by card

I work myself at a hotel and usually do not write bad reviews, but this time I couldn't resist. The room was terribly small, not like it looked on the picture. It was clean but it was technically impossible to take a shower. It is the first time I face something like that. The breakfastbwas a joke, it is better... More

Better avoid if you have choice. Some rooms don't have mirrors, locks and proper water heat control. Breakfast is the only thing good there rest of them I don't want to talk about. Staff are OK. Some heaters in room very next to bed with out any gap I end up not having any sleep whole night so be aware of... More
