The room was spacious. Had a double room. Clean bathroom with shower. Room had its own hair dryer for the ladies. We were able to park with no problems. Parking was charged at £15 per 24 hrs, this was to be payed on arrival. Staff were friendly and helped with enquiries

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 15 January 2017

My wife and I recently made a trip back to London and stayed in the very generously priced Ibis hotel in Greenwich. This hotel has a terrific location just a short walk from both the Greenwich town centre, which is full of excellent cafes and restaurants, as well as world-famous attractions such as the Cutty Sark and Gypsy Moth, the...

Perfectly positioned for the night before the London Marathon, couldn't have been better. Handy for local shops to buy in my pre-race breakfast. Booked for 2 nights, so somewhere to shower post-race, though a bath would have been better :)

What a lovely experience! I checked out today and cannot praise the hotel and its staff enough, especially Ravi, he checked me in and out and was attentive all the time, going the extra to make my stay all the better. He pointed out the fantastic views from the park and places to eat. Brilliant! RECOMMENDED!

The room was badic but clean. The bed comfy. Ideal location for marathon start, 20 minutes walk away. Handy for public transport. We particularly enjoyed having the water bus service so close. We will probably use again.

Room was ok very very small and expensive £135 a night breakfast not included. The rooms were dirty carpets not cleaned stains in bathroom. The bathroom was tiny felt claustrophobic on the loo. Quite noisy at night not sure if thats due to Windows or just pig ignorant people on streets yelling at 3am. Redeeming feature is the location. However...

I stayed here on the recommendation of the institution I was doing business at. There was no check in desk, no concierge, no one knowledgeable on the staff. I am still trying to resolve my bill with the incompetent "management." Restaurant is good for dinner but redundant - do not have breakfast there. A poor excuse for a hotel -...

This hotel is ideally situated for visiting all the attractions that Greenwich has to offer. We stayed here with some friends to see the Tall Ships in Greenwich. Rooms were modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Parking on site at extra cost.

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
