My wife and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Mercer for 2 weeks. Our stay there exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by the Laust, the Front Office Manager. He couldn’t have been nicer or more informative. Whenever we met him, he was always asking how were we doing and if we needed anything, while offering us great advice. Our premium room was very comfortable and was always very quiet. Our room was kept clean daily by a very good housekeeping crew. They also left us 2 bottles of water every day. The location near Covent Garden and in the heart of the Seven Dials is wonderful. There are a multitude of restaurants and shops in all 7 directions. If you love going to the theatre, several are a short walk away. We highly recommend this hotel.

We only stayed one night before joining our tour group. The area was full of shops and pubs to enjoy and the theater district. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The manager, Ed, was so helpful in directing us to museums, banks, and booking a tour of the city. We plan to stay here again.

What a great location! We had a corner suite and it was full of light with a nice view of Seven Dials. It had a walk-in closet with plenty of room to put away our clothes for a ten day stay, while keeping the rest of the suite free of clutter. All the staff at the hotel are very professional. The breakfast is very much worth getting as that staff is also great. This was our second time to stay here and we’ll stay here again.

This was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve had. The location and hotel are great. What was beyond outstanding was the service. I discovered that my travel charger didn’t work…within minutes of requesting, I was given one. I was feeling the onset of a cold…within minutes of requesting salt (for gargling), I was given a small bottle of table salt. Every interaction with the concierge was world class…professionalism and kindness. This hotel is a keeper for me for future trips to London!!

Best hotel I ever had in London. We went on a city trip to London with a bunch of friends and found this beautiful hotel in Covent Garden, in de middle of lovely restaurants, shops and pubs. Big thumbs up because we arrived late due to airportdelays but the checkin was swift and correct and when we asked for rooms with separate beds, everything was arranged smoothly. Tophotel and topstaff.

Received Five star service at this central Covent Gardens hotel. The room, amenities, breakfast and above all the staff service was exemplary. We were moved to this hotel from another Radisson and I did not know what to expect but it was an amazing stay.

This Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer St Hotel was wonderful. This is the second time we've stayed here. The staff was excellent and the location is hard to beat. Our room was well appointed, very quiet and a good size (compared to other European hotels). The location allowed us easy access to all of Covent Garden. We were an easy walk to two Tube Stations and the two West End plays we saw during or stay. There is a large selection of restaurants within blocks of the hotel. This includes the Monmouth Kitchen adjacent to the hotel lobby. We look forward to our next visit.
