A lovely Hotel ideally located for easy access to Covent Garden and the local area. Excellent Rooms and facilities. Worth considering when staying in the area. The Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Some renovation work was being completed in the reception area but this didnt impact our stay

First off, the staff were great! Everyone we came in contact with always greeted us with a smile and an instant overture to help. The hotel itself, though clearly going through some renovation, was very pleasant and surprisingly quiet. Even in our rooms which were on the first floor and closest to Monmouth street. And the restaurant! Oh, the incredible...

Lovely staff, superb breakfast, brilliant location. Very comfy beds. We upgraded to a deluxe room and sadly it didn't come up to expectation. Mainly because for me to get into bed I had to crawl from the bottom of the bed to the top[ due to a sloping wall with a pillar stuck oou in the middle! We did complain...

We have stayed here a couple of times now. The latest was for two nights with my daughter and soon in law for my husband's 'significant' birthday. Our rooms were small but clean and extremely well equipped with everything we could need. When the management found out that it was my husband's birthday they sent a bottle of wine and...

Hotel property is in a very good location; walking distance to metro stations and even some of the tourist attractions. The room was on the small side, though very clean. The only issue I had was that my room had 1 window facing another room's window. I had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. The gym was under construction....
