large modern hotel in Mayfair, we loved it. Staff were very friendly, lovely restaurant although we only had breakfast here it was very well presented and well cooked. We had a newly refurbished room on 6th floor, our only complaint was the hard bed. Beautiful bathroom with large fluffy towels...we will definitely stay again

Great location & friendly staff. It was a really spacious room especially considering it was in London. The bed was superb and I had a really good peaceful nights sleep. Decor was very neutral & we had a balcony with chairs which was lovely especially as it was such a sunny day. Can't think of anything to fault them on & would...

This hotel is ideally situated for London. You are a 15 minute leisurely walk into Soho and 20-25 minute for Covent Garden. Piccadilly Circus is 10mins with your neareat tube being Green Park. The hotel was ok. The rooms were clean but they were also very hot, especially the bathroom. The conceirge wasnt that helpful when we asked where we...

Couldn't fault this hotel at all. We stayed for 3 nights and I wish it was longer. Amazing beds, huge TV, very powerful shower and big fluffy towels. Breakfast was great too, all seemed fresh, nice staff and the tastiest sausages I've ever had!

So myself and partner checked into this hotel for afternoon tea as part of the groupon voucher promotion. Great attentive service. Nice tables and the qualities of the little cakes , maroons and bite size sandwiches were very good. I think the fillings change now and then but today we were presented with ham, egg mayo and cheese/ cucumber. There...

Very nice looking hotel, fantastic location, great friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Bed was uncomfortable, noises from everywhere from the water pipes and other guests as well as outside. Nice clean restaurant with good food. There was a very handy phone as a concierge to help tourists. Looked like a smartphone. Very helpful. Hotel looks lovely from the outside and...

We had a twin room ( upgraded to superior ) the room was lovely and in a quiet location. However it was adjoining room and the locked door was very thin so it was rather noisy. That said the room was very comfortable and breakfast goods. Ideal venue for Buckingham palace , piccadilly and The RA.

Nice hotel and had no problems in particular. It's a great location and that can't be faulted. It's just a little odd as it's trying to be "smarter" than it is. Makes for an eclectic mix. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and the room was very nice. Staff very pleasant. Didn't sleep too well though...

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
